I scheduled a morning appointment yesterday with Charlie. Jory and his partner showed up promptly at 9:00am. Jory took photos which showed the deterioration of the chimney. Jory’s supervisor explained the situation and the fact that I need a liner. I agreed to the job and it was all finished by 11:00am. Job very well done.

I was refer to Guaranteed Home Improvement by Petro Oil Company my oil company for a Chimney Inspection. What a Great Referral!!! Guaranteed Home Improvement from the beginning of phone calls, confirming appointment and trying to see if they could come earlier than schedule. And Update of what time the Techs was going to come. The staff very professional and kind, from Charlie B., Frank V. Tech Jory & Johnny what a pleasure to work with. Giving me very detailed information and pictures before and after the work. Left the area work very clean after finishing. Want to say I wish other Companies had your style of running a great business. Thank you, Guaranteed Home Improvement for Seamless, Painless experience. You Guys Rock!!!

We had our chimney replaced today by General Home Improvement. I would like to say that the two gentlemen that preformed the work were by far extremely skilled and knowledgeable in their craft. The work was done expeditiously and left the work area very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs to have chimney work done. Thanks again GHI for work well done !!!

I was told I had an undersized chimney liner as the reason for why my boiler kept shutting down. I did some research and confirmed that was incorrect. You can easily find guidance online based on height of chimney and BTU of your burner. My liner was just fine. Not to mention the liner, burner, and my house are only 5 years old. A boss of the company was screaming at his employee in Spanish over the phone (which i can understand..and he obviously assumed i couldnt) trying to get him to tell me the issue was the size of the liner (because thats the big $$ sale). The technician even told me thats not the problem…. Extremely unprofessional and illegal. That boss didnt even come to the property. Ultimately, another chimney company noticed my damper was bent causing the sensor to work improperly shutting down the burner. Simple fix… not a multiple thousand dollar job. Do not use this company. Get second and 3rd opinions. They tried to create a problem that didnt exist in order to upcharge me.

I had an issue with my furnace/hot water heater exhaust through my chimney (my house was built in 1890)…the chimney basically is crumbling inside over time, and leaving piles of dust//debris in the bottom, therefore clogging my exhaust pipes in the basement. Guaranteed came out, opened it up, showed this to me, and then called in reinforcements to do an amazing job, and very quickly might I add, to get a steel insert down the entire chimney, new cap put in place, and sealed it up in the basement, and removed all the debris as well. This was all done in 2.5 hours. By the end of the job, there was 10 men on-site, making everything run fast/efficiently. I am super impressed with their work/professionalism. I will go to them from now on.

They showed me the wear and tear on the terracotta original liner on my chimney. Took photos, gave me a very good price and I did it right away. Note that I had similar work done years ago on another house by a company that advertised all the time. Cost me twice as much and they were like a comedy team except I wasn’t laughing.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Guaranteed Home Improvement to install a new chimney liner. These guys were very professional , efficient, and kept me informed every step of their progress. Great job all around. Many Thanks as well to Tragar Home Services for the great recommendation.
