I hired Dawn to handle the hardscaping work on my backyard and they did it on time, within budget, abs high quality. The yard is beautiful! Zeeshan was always very responsive and answered all of my questions. He made sure the job was done right. They demolished the old brick work in the yard, leveled the yard, laid down new bluestone and turf grass, and installed a pergola. We couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Dawn!

These guys do quality work at a very fair price. I had a sidewalk violation and worked with a different general contractor who demanded a large down payment in cash then when he received it, never showed up to do the job for over a month. Getting money back from the other contractor was a nightmare. When the folks from Dawn came, they explained the process clearly and walked me through everything. Really a pleasure to work with zeeshan (son of owner of company). He didn’t care about a down payment or at all, where as all the initial contractor we called cared about was getting as much money as possible while making numerous empty promises. I watched Zeeshan’s guys do the sidewalk, they know their stuff. Very efficient and professional as well. They even did extra work on the curb and fixed a crack for me without charging me extra. They worked very quickly. These guys were actually recommended by word of mouth, many Chinese families who own houses like to hire these guys and I can see why. They do a lot of exterior house work as well as roofing jobs (their specialty). But based on the quality of the sidewalk and fair price, I would say this a very honest company that produces great work. Do not hesitate to hire them.

Had a leak on my roof which caused my bathroom ceiling to collapse literally 2 seconds after I left the room. I can’t begin to say how much damage was done in the bathroom. I called a few contractors, some of whom never showed up and others whom I felt were taking advantage of me due to the fact that I am a senior citizen living alone. Sunny returned my call within a few minutes and showed up on time the very next day. I felt that he was sincere and was not trying to take advantage of me. He determined what had to be done on my roof, showing me photos of the damage. He and his associate showed up the next morning, on time, to begin work. That was on Tuesday, May 22. Today, Thursday, May 24, we had two heavy rainstorms. I was very nervous as I opened my bathroom door. There were no leaks and no water damage. I was so relieved. All this being said, I would highly recommend Dawn General Contractors. Now we will be discussing his company replacing my ceiling in my bathroom. Sunny has helped to relieve so much stress from a grateful old lady.

Dawn Restoration did an excellent job re-paving my driveway, and water proofing my basement. They successfully stopped water leakage into my basement. They were professional, responded to all my concerns and were timely in their efforts. They followed-up on their work to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.
