We recently used Built Tough for our home renovations which included a full gut-renovation and addition. Bill and his team are the most professional, honest, and hardworking contractors we have ever worked with. From the bidding process all the way through to project completion, they were incredible. He kept our project on budget and finished over a month ahead of schedule. At each step of the renovation, Bill was incredibly transparent and stuck to his word 100%. There was not one day of the project that he did not accomplish what he told us he would. Bill created an environment that allowed us to build our dream home and provided his input when necessary and when we asked. In addition, Bill’s subcontractors were all top-notch and professional. All subcontractors operated in lock step with Bill’s team and completed quality work on schedule as well. We cannot recommend Built Tough enough. In the future, Bill will be our first and only call for any additional home renovations we may need. Thank you again to Bill, Tom, Sebastian (just to name a few) for going out of your way to make this process as smooth as possible.

I don’t even know where to begin with how AMAZING Built Tough Construction was with our huge renovation. We added onto our house and gutted about 75% of the existing house to the studs. So it was basically an entire overhaul. AND we lived in the two untouched rooms during the entire renovation. Built Tough was incredible. Bill Seigenthaler was great from the moment we met him for the bid. He is communicative and very accurate and honest with his prices. Bill’s entire team, from his guys to the subcontractors he has used for decades, were all outstanding. Everyone was professional, so kind, and so meticulous with their clean up at the end of each day. Some individual shout outs are definitely warranted. The two other main managers on site, Tom and James, were fantastic. They were on-point with everything and were so patient with all of our questions, needs and changes. The Built Tough crew…PHENOMINAL! Shout out to Sebastian, Alex, Ryan and Jamie. They are all the best and we loved having them in our house doing their amazing work. Such nice guys too!! All of Built Tough’s subcontractors are fantastic and Bill has been working with them for so long. They all know each other, get along great, and work around each other like a well-oiled machine. We spent the most time with the plumbers and electricians, so special shout outs to Bill from Wood & Pipes, and his two guys Sylvester and Mark. They were all excellent and again, so patient as we asked questions and made changes. For electrical, Joe from Gallucci Electrical is the best of the best. His guys Rob and Elmer were equally fantastic and patient. Everyone knows their trade so well and they execute beautifully. The tile guys, HVAC guys, floor guys, everyone, were great to work with. We are so completely and totally thrilled with our house now and we can actually say that we enjoyed the renovation process. We know that’s because of Built Tough and all of their incredible people. We would recommend them 100 times over, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Built Tough!!!

Very high quality work. No complaints after 10 years since the first job was completed. 5 years ago we had them do our Kitchen. We are very with their work and considering another major addition.

Built Tough Construction replaced the original windows in our old home. I was apprehensive about the project because of some negative experiences with contractors, but from the first phone call, everything went well with the entire Built Tough team and the whole process. Bill brought his window rep to measure and then again to confirm before placing the order. Bill was always ALWAYS responsive and helpful. Tom and his crew are absolute masters. They do amazing work and are total professionals. Bill and Tom even made sure to iron out all the annoying kinks like securing and installing the very last screen that arrived months later from the manufacturer. Built Tough made the project relatively painless considering the scope and everything came out beautifully. We are delighted to recommend Built Tough Construction and would happily work with them again.

DREAM TEAM! I have had awful experiences with contractors / home construction in the past. So much so that when searching for a house, I wanted something turn-key to avoid them completely. When it came time to finally renovate, I was referred to a handful of teams, Built Tough being one of them. From our first phone call and meeting to our last, Jennifer, Bill, Tom and Team have been HONEST, professional and responsive. Such rare qualities to find. I had a tight timeline and the BT Team delivered as promised. I never felt in the dark about anything, I never felt avoided, I always felt important (even knowing how many jobs they had going on at the same time). Their work is top notch – I could not be more thrilled with our renovation/addition. I could go on and on here, they are that good. I would gladly serve as a reference for them any day!
