Not to mention how willing and quick the whole team accommodated last minute upgrades to ensure we got everything we needed or wanted every step of the build out phase. We contacted Taner at Sungu Development to renovate our entire basement after a flood and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with the outcome. Taner made it very easy to work with. He is responsive and was extremely patient with all of my questions. His attention to detail is impressive and workers always made sure everything was clean and organized after each work day. The work was done in a timely fashion and his fees are very reasonable. Definitely will hire him again for our future home renovations and remodeling.

Taner was very responsive the moment I got in contact with him. I needed to get my kitchen and bathroom renovated in my property. The quality of work was amazing and it came out very nice and he finished it earlier than the initial time he quoted me. His prices are very fair and reasonable.

Sung is amazing he did our ceiling that was leaking. We got it done previously by 3 other people but it was still leaking. After sungu did we haven’t had that issue. Amazing person to work with

Sungu dev worked on getting EV charger install for me. It was very time consuming work as my main panel and garage are in opposite direction. they performed very neat and clean job at reasonable price . I would highly recommend him. Def call Sungu dev for future home related work. Thanks
