I contracted with Cote Builders to construct a custom home. They handled all aspects of the build from design to finishing touches. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is exceptional. My house design is creative and uniquely suits my needs. Craig and Chad Cote personally supervised any aspect of the work that they were not directly responsible for to ensure this consistent quality. The vendors they referred me to for building supplies were able to provide a range of options and coordinated everything directly with the builders. If there was even a slight excess in materials they found a way to use them. As a result my “unfinished” room is insulated and the steps in my garage are finished with deck material in a creative design. Communication was prompt, professional and they provided education along the way to ensure I understood all processes. However my highest praise must be for their problem solving skills, and workmanship. They reworked an aspect of the design I didn’t like resulting in a larger bathroom, more closet space and improved flow, all without major structural changes. The woodworking in my floors, staircase and custom built-ins is incomparable. The results of their work is a home that is ergonomically designed, highly energy efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and distinctively my own. I cannot rate them highly enough.
