LFP replaced over 1700 sf of flooring in our home along with baseboards. Changed from carpet to vinyl planks and from vinyl sheeting to 24” ceramic tile. They were professional and hardworking and I’m in love with the end product! I would use them again for home improvement projects.

I had the pleasure of having LFP Restoration take care of my home after our upstairs toilet leaked, causing damage to the floor in the bathroom and the ceiling in the kitchen below the bathroom. EVERY person I came contact with was friendly and helpful, and the workers who came to restore our home did an excellent job. You can’t even tell that any damage had been done. I would definitely recommend this company if you are ever unfortunate enough to need restoration services.

LFP Restorations has done great work in my home and I want to acknowledge them. They were assigned to me by my insurance carrier after a house flood. They immediately came and began the mold remediation. I received regular updates and the communication was really easy. They were very professional and courteous. They completed all the work in a timely manner and hung several fans for me as a courtesy. The drywall and tile work they have done in my home is flawless. I get compliments all the time on the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend LFP to anyone.

1 star because I cannot put zero or negative stars. I would like to personally talk to anyone giving this company 5 stars. From the beginning to the end, it was a total nightmare. Literally, I have PTSD from my doorbell ringing early in the morning, waking me up after my 12 hour night shift. With no respect for the client or common business etiquette, they scheduled themselves without ANY communication and just showed up. EVERY single time they came to my house (which was honestly more than 19 times) they would show up, look around and leave to get materials. For HOURS. Sometimes they didn’t come back or even call. Often times they said they would be back and never returned, leaving me waiting, wasting MY time and money, until I called them!! After months of asking if they could actually see if I’m available BEFORE they want to show up, I was met with sighs saying they would have to reschedule. How can they reschedule something if they never scheduled it with the client!!! They left demolished pieces everywhere around my house and in the most inconvenient places. They took no precaution to not damage my home more. No foot protection was worn during a DEMO and REMODEL! The lack of communication of this company has left me speechless. I do not understand how they are still in business. I’ve heard of horror stories of contractors but I never thought I’d live it! The project was for quoted 10 days. It took over 6 MONTHS. The employees have no knowledge of what they are doing when they come to the site, often asking ME why they were there!! Workers complained about the company. Telling me how things don’t get done right because they have 55 jobs right now. The most unprofessional thing I experienced was interacting with Maggie. In all my years of customer service and management, I’ve NEVER encountered such a rude, disrespectful person working for a business. After an incident, she was asked not to return to my house. This child disguised in a women’s body had the nerve and unprofessionalism to show up again. Most of the employees were friendly but that does not make up for every other single aspect of this company being terrible. No communication between employees or clients in a job that has moving parts is just unacceptable. Having a leak in your house is a traumatic event. LFP has made this event catastrophically worse!

These guys are genuine and insurance claims experts. They are well versed with how to navigate your insurance claims. They help out when you have a water or fire issue. They communicate and keep one posted during the process. Highly reccomend.

My experience with LFP was very good.Freddy helped me to get my repairs approved with the insurance,they did all the demolition removing the walls and flooring that got wet.Then Maggie ,the supervisor was very communicative during the whole reconstruction process,the workers were very clean,worked long hours and did a great job putting my house back together. I will hire this company for any future repairs.

LFP was recommended by my plumber’s restoration company. I am happy I went with LFP as they turned a mess into a brand new bedroom. Very importantly, they worked with me as my medical appointments often interrupted their work. Special thanks to Victor, Keoni, Pia, and Andres for their good communication, followup, and flexibility. While no one wants to go through a leaking pipe and the damages it causes, I will definitely use LFP again if the need arises. Thanks to all.

The experience that we had with LFP from start to finish was pleasant. They worked around our schedule and gave us peace of mind that the work would be done. They were very clean and professional about the work they did on our kitchen wall. They always maintained a very clean work area and made sure that they covered all our furniture and appliances prior to doing any work in our home. I would recommend this organization to anyone who has to deal with any water damage to their home. A huge thank you to Victor and the rest of the guys, including the administrative staff for going above and beyond…Awesome customer service!
