Townhouse was ~5 years old and already had a water leak that rotted out a wood floor and part of the structure, likely due to incorrect window install/flashing. Horrible drywall job, half of the cornerbeads are cracked, screw pops everywhere, and they used flat paint to hide how horrible of a job it was. Trim paint on the hardwood floors that had to be scraped off. Didn’t seal around upper windows correctly so there were bats in the ceiling. Rooftop deck had wood supports directly on the membrane that are now rotting. HVAC system was horribly designed, there is a ~15 degree temperature difference between floors some days. Cheap caulking was used that is now cracking all over the place and needs redone. And those are just the issues off the top of my head on a place that is 5 years old. Run away from this company. Edit: Update, it just keeps getting better and better. Turns out they didn’t use pressure treated lumber for framing the deck out back. The first photo is how rotted out it is. Absolutely stay away from this company. A handyman off of craigslist could do a better job.
