KIII’s website touts efficiency but this comes at the expense of quality. Our house is not even 5 years old and the number of issues we’ve had this early on are troubling. From siding being loose and falling off the house, to what appears to be the second story floor joists settling through the drywall of the first story ceiling, to the extremely poor drywall work that was done (drywall screws backing out from walls and ceilings throughout the house), to the cheap floor coverings (all of which have been replaced), to the horrendous attempt at landscaping (the “grading” actually slopes toward the house; sod literally laid over river rock), to the year-round creaking/snapping/popping coming from the framing (loud enough to wake from sleep and also caused by just walking), I could continue but I’ll stop it here as it’s getting lengthy. I contacted Kenny to notify him of these issues so he’s aware of the work his subcontractors are doing and received a response from his assistant that she would bring this to his attention. No follow-up since. Par for the course in this market, I suppose. 2 stars because the house is still standing.

K III built a spec home for me that was finished this year (2022). The experience was excellent even in the midst of very trying times for the construction industry and in a crazy housing market. The project was handled professionally and the office staff kept me abreast of progress all along the way. I was not left wondering about anything. Highly recommended.

I have been working with K III Construction for many years- they have built multiple spec homes for me over the years. Each one has been quality construction. They are great to work with from finding the best pieces of land, figuring out the best floor plan for the lot, getting HOA/county/city approve , and choosing all the interior finishes. Highly recommend this company.

Our house is less than a year old and our roof just starting blowing off in chunks during a windy day. Think twice before having this company build your home.

Kenny was great to work with! We were able to design our home and are very pleased with how everything turned out. Very responsive throughout the whole process, addressed any issues that came up, and kept us in the loop about the progress. Great value and would definitely use him again!

K III Construction built my house about a year ago. The work done is quality work, the build process was pretty smooth, and the end result is a house I am excited to live in or years to come.
