Perry Family Roof Repair 2 days agoThis is my second time partnering with an exceptional roofing company in University City, and they have continually exceeded expectations. Making contact with them was a breeze and they promptly arrived for an estimate. The roof repairs were completed in just a few days after the quote was approved. The team, which included Raymond and Elias, upheld a professional and friendly attitude throughout the entire project. Without a doubt, I would connect with them again for any future roofing needs.

Gade Electrical Contracting 9 months agoGade Electrical Contracting pulled a scam on me. I called them on Oct 11, 2023 for an electrical problem. They would not send out an electrician unless I paid a $199 deposit which I reluctantly did with the understanding that the cost of the service call would be covered. Cade Electrical did not show up although an electrician from another company (The Property Masters, LLC) did arrive later in the day and quickly fixed the electrical issue). My spouse paid the Property Managers electrician $140.71 on-site with my credit card. The next day I was surpised to see a $199 charge on my credit card from another company called Premium Home Services. When I contacted the company, they said I had purchased a home services contract. No one at Gade Electrical mentioned a home service contract when I originally called them to schedule the electrician. So I ended up paying $340 for a 20 minute service call with most of that cost ($199) going to Premium Home Services even though they provided no service to me. I am not sure where the fault lies but I was clearly misled and lied to by the people at Cade Electrical Contracting.

Sublime Painting & Drywall a year agoLiterally stole my money, two guys came over half an hour late charged me for materials then said they had to go to home depot, then stopped answering the phone. Idk who runs a company like this it’s pathetic

Fence Dept. 2 months agoWhile not a past customer, I am a former homeowner who understands the qualities required of a good contractor. I’m friendly with John and Jeff and have been around them enough to know how organized and trustworthy they both are. Their attention to detail and follow-through is second-to-none; if I was looking for fencing or decking, I would hire them with confidence and with ZERO hesitation!!
