DO NOT TRUST this man with your money. His Website lists a false address. 700 Commerce Drive, Woodbury, MN. I confirmed with the office building management company that “Pro Edge Construction” has never held space in their building (note that there is no Suite # in his address on his website). We signed a contract for a new deck that was to be built last September 2020. Unfortunately we paid 50% upfront. He has been stringing us along with delay after delay. After he had our money he became very unresponsive, days then weeks would go by without hearing from him. In April this year, after yet another delay we began leaving messages, via text, email, and voicemail. At that time he sent a text stating that he was canceling our contract, and that he had blocked me because I was calling repeatedly. In that same text, he also said that he would return our money. We still have not received any money back and he remains unresponsive even from my wife’s unblocked phone. He seemed legit because he did a small job for my sister-in-law that seemed to be high quality and he had several good reviews on on the Nextdoor App. My Sister-in-law now has a problem with work that they did and he will not respond to her either. We were beyond patient with this man and he took advantage of that. We will be filing a lawsuit and complaints with the department of labor and the better business bureau. We are also filing a criminal case with the police for theft by swindle.

I’ve known Greg Sweet for last 14 years and I’ve done business with him for last 4 years. He is very professional, always on time, takes his business very seriously and his work is outstanding. If you’re looking for a professional construction work, there is no one who will do the work better than Greg. I highly recommend
