Everything from picking out the design and colors to hardware, and even additinal matching hardware for an item we had built later was seemless. The team at preferred kitchens takes care of their customers. I am disappointed that they have not been responsive after we parted ways with our builder. We had plans to install a bar later that was designed during our build and have asked for an updated quote so we could use them directly to complete the install.

Preferred kitchens, and specifically John Wangen, has guided us through a major remodel with incredible professionalism, committed and talented sun-contractors and, dare I say it—fun! We are over 3/4 through construction and have had an amazing experience and the finished product promises to be exactly what we hoped for!

Preferred Kitchens was excellent with our remodel of the kitchen, great room living area, entry way, and dining room. The work is custom and of high quality, and the carpenter assigned to us was top notch. Angela our designer was fantastic and listened to our description of the style we were interested in, as well as giving us options and suggestions when we needed advice. She coordinated so well with the many people on her team, from the electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, and back to the home office. She put in countless hours to make it beautiful and was patient and sincerely wanted it done as perfectly as possible. Preferred Kitchens earned our trust and also kept a good timeline of the schedule and had timely responses and great communication when we had additional questions. Thank you!

I work with Preferred Kitchens as a drywall and painting subcontractor. We enjoy working with this company because the schedule is always on time, supervisors are easy to work with and the company is professional.

Workers were greatest. Work done very good. Scheduling an communication, poor. 5 to 6 week job turned into 12 weeks. Lots of time spent waiting for something to happen. Not fun when you’re living out of a cooler.
