Miguel was extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. He kept me up to date on his progress and the quality exceeded my expectations. I had some additional requests to the remodel that he worked with me on. Price point was very affordable and I’ll be reaching out to him for additional projects that I might have as a homeowner.

Committed to customer service and satisfaction! We had been searching for a company to do the drywall at our place for a year or more. We had some people come out to get dimensions for an estimate, but few ever called back with one. Ours was an out of the way location and had some requests that other companies just didn’t want to tackle like multiple areas where drywall would end around exposed beams, as well as an area that opens the first floor all the way to the vaulted second floor ceiling. Not only all that, but though it was new construction, we had some furniture and appliances that both got in the way and needed to be moved several times as work progressed. MSR came out on a Saturday and gave us an estimate on that Monday! I was impressed with the fine service and quick response. They took care of the ordering and shipping of materials for us, too. The drywall was up in less than a week on a 30ft. x 40ft. two story pole barn with many interior walls. We chose a Knock Down type ceiling finish and it is very easy to paint color neatly along that. They worked carefully on the taping and mudding as well as the sanding. When we found some spots that had missed some mudding or sanding (probably due to our belongings being in the way), they came back within a few days and didn’t leave until they were happy with the result. Hard working and eager to please the customer, I could only offer one area to help them improve – communication. As they came across irregularities in our rough construction, calling with questions or presenting the issue to us would have not hurt our feelings and could have led to different solutions. Again, they will work hard to make sure you are happy.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement. After priming and sealing the drywall we discovered areas that needed touched up and Miguel came back to fix and make it right. Very reasonable quote and everything was done in a timely manner.

Miguel offered me a very reasonable bid price to complete sheet rocking in my three porches. On the appointed day of installation he worked with his associates in a very finely detailed and efficient manner to hang the sheetrock very neatly and to texture it according to my choice. I am very happy with the labor and materials that Miguel provided. I would highly recommend his company MSR Construction Inc to my friends and associates who work in construction and in fact have already texted Miguel’s contact information to other contractors that I know well to recommend that he be included in making bids for subwork.
