We could not be happier with our new kitchen and family room. Rachel and Jamie are so great to work with. They are meticulous in design and details, always giving consideration to our personal needs and style. We visited the cabinet shop and the granite company to custom design and pull the project together. This is the third remodel they have done with us, remodeling all three of our bathrooms and a bedroom over the last 6 years. The work is top quality and all the work crews have been great teams to have working in our home.

We had a wonderful experience on our kitchen/living room remodel with Julkowski Inc. Rachel, Jamie and team were so great to work with. From our initial planning and design to completion of the project, it exceeded all of our expectations. One thing that surprised us the most was how everything happened on time according to the timeline they provided us. Would definitely recommend!

We have worked with Julkowski Inc. on five different occasions. First they remodeled two of our bathrooms. Beautiful!! Then we had them put new maintenance free decking on our existing deck, complete with post lights and lights on the risers. Awesome! Next came a complete build of a new SIP garage. We call it the “Garage Mahal”. And the most recent was a redesign of our kitchen, dining, and living area. Honestly, our house would be beige on beige if it wasn’t for Rachel’s keen eye for design. She led us through the design process, working closely with James and his knowledge of all aspects of the construction, everything worked seamlessly together. We couldn’t be happier.

Job took over twice as long as expected, leaving our family displaced for 8 months and responsible for paying for rent the majority of that time. Poor communication throughout project.

Julkowski Inc has a great team to work with. They helped us with our kitchen remodel this winter and we are very happy we chose them. They came up with a great design that allowed us to open up our floor plan, and create a lot more kitchen storage. Their carpenters do great work, and everything they use is high end. They have been flexible, and have been good at resolving any problems.
