RJ Ryan does a great job at organizing, managing, and coordinating throughout a project. With supplies and wait times being what they are, they help shoulder the burden of keeping subcontractors on target and making sure there us frequent communication between all stakeholders. Unfortunately, there are times when projects run behind due to circumstances out of their control, but those situations are handled with open and honest conversation and communication. I’ve had nothing but the most professional and positive interactions with employees from RJ Ryan.

Built a 15,000 sqft clinic and then added on a 10,000 sqft addition 3 years later. The RJ Ryan team was great to work with for both projects.

I was at Northwind Lofts in Sept of 2021. RJRyan was the contractor for a new elevator being installed directly next tothmain stairway for the building. As I got off the stairs on the third floor landing, directly in front of me was a wide open hole with a 50 foot drop! I brought it to Northwind’s attention, they were shocked R would be so neglectful. Northwind reached out to RJRyan and their response was,…. this is our standard business practice and that it’s allowed by OSHA. And they were unwilling to remedy this life safety issue. If this is how RJRyan operates, I would be hesitant to do business with them, the liability would be too much.
