The recent tornadoes in Portage left my roof in poor shape. I contacted Booko Brothers about a bid to replace my roof. Dylan Ball came out and assembled a bid for me in one day. After approval by my insurance company Booko Brothers had a crew on the roof in less than a week. They installed a new roof and facia in one day…Looks great! A job Well Done!

Top notch customer service!! Booko Brothers had Dylan come and write a reconstruction estimate for my kitchen after a water damage incident. Even though I was not able to hire Booko Brothers on this project due to a couple of complications, Dylan has been very helpful throughout this whole process. He returned every one of my phone calls very promptly and helped me understand where we were at in the process and what the next steps would be. I will definitely be calling Booko Brothers if another need arises.

Horrible job. If you can get away without using them I encourage with all my heart to do so. My family was misplaced from our home for a total of 108 days! All they had to do is fix damage from a burst pipe. Things that were done were very poorly done! Had to redo our bathroom multiple times plus it never got 100% finished. They only used one coat of paint on things, blaming it on my insurance company but after talking to the adjuster they assured me they would of covered it. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am with this company. The ppl they hired to come out n fix things also had nothing positive to say about BOOKO BROTHERS. I know right now of two other claims Booko is in charge of. the one family has been out of there home now since 2016! I drive past their home daily and I only see ppl there 2 out of 7 days. The second family I know put a claim in 2 months ago and they have not even STARTED! Black mold has now become an issue in the home. This particular home owner has major breathing issues as it is! Honestly when this all happened to my family I figured it was just a fluke. Now that I know it is happening again I felt this needed to be addressed. PLEASE! PLEASE!! If u have to make a claim with your insurance company push to use someone OTHER THEN THEM! Jessica & Rob Hempel

We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. The owner responds to issues right away, stays in touch throughout the process, is thoroughly professional and reliable, and makes sure the work is done right. You couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!
