Horrible company to work with. I was unfortunate that I had a house fire and even more unfortunate to have this company be hired by my insurance company. They are horrible at communicating. Anything they say in person is changed when ever they feel and they deny everything saying it. Inhave a ton of stuff missing, they are holding almost $10000 of my money because they failed to explain anything to me. I have had to double check and hold thier hand the entire time. The more I look they more I find. I am not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent but I think it is both. If you have the misfortune of having to work with this company get everything in writing. Do nothing over the phone or in person. Make sure it is all written down.

Wolgast Over the course of four months, I have had a plethora of issues with Wolgast. They were chosen by my insurance company to repair mold damage in my garage as a result of a leak. When they were contacted, the mold was confined to a small area, but by the time they were ready to repair it weeks had gone by and the mold had spread throughout the garage, which meant a full remodel. The price to fix this seemed extreme and I asked for an itemized list of expenses and I was told they could not provide that for me. I talked to numerous employees with this company and all of them treated me disrespectfully when I was asking basic questions about the process and timeline of when the work would be done. Worst project managers and their area manager the bold guy is extremely rude. Better off going to Servpro for quality work!

Flawed design. Fast but sloppy build. A struggle to get them to fix their mistakes. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for any changes or additions. Mainly focused on getting paid.

They are a wonderful company to help you through the roughest times. They were helpful Up front with everything that they were doing. I recommend for any restoration work.

We are so happy. Bob Pratt from Wolgast did a fantastic job. He was very professional, kind, clean , and definitely knew what he was doing. He fixed the ceiling and matched the texture perfect! He’s also an excellent painter. Bob definitely has experience and went way above to make us happy. And we were very comfortable having him in our home when we weren’t there. Thanks Wolgast for hiring Bob!

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our first level ceiling. Jake from the Saginaw Wolgast was amazing! He was professional, friendly, kind and explained everything he was doing. Not to mention, how clean he was with a great attitude. We look forward to seeing him again tomorrow.

If you want the work done correctly you should hire someone else. Wolgast will take your money and hire the cheapest subcontractor that they can find. When I asked for the work to be fixed properly I was told they would not and I would need to do it myself or hire someone else.

Substandard work and abusive employees. Frankly, I’m surprised they’re in business with such poor ethics.
