This isn’t a bad place to work. However, if you don’t fit in, they will find ways to push you out the door. If you don’t fit in, they will push you out the door. Unfortunately I was one who was pushed out the door because apparently I didn’t do what they instructed me to do. Which isn’t true. When given a task, I do it, but normally people will find ways to finish the task faster. This company doesn’t like that apparently. So instead of actually saying something, they’d rather just walk me out. Which is fine with me because I was on a 6 month temp contract through aerotech. Meaning, I wouldn’t see any benefits until may of 2024. After 6 months, (and if hired in) you will have another 90 days before seeing any bonus and benefits. Now I wasn’t the only one pushed out the door. There was a female employee who was also pushed out. Granted she deserved to be let go for her poor work ethics, but how management went about it was obviously evident that she wasn’t going to be around much longer. Now for my main reasons why you shouldn’t work here. 1. They take too long to get you certified to climb the ladder. You want your arc cert or tig cert?…. your waiting. Oh and if you already have certs, that doesn’t matter to them. All your hard work to get your AWS certs mean absolutely nothing to this company. 2. If you ask too many questions about a task, they will begin the process of pushing you out the door because to them, there are such things as a dumb question. If you don’t know something, they will say figure it out. They will make you feel like you are an idiot. 3. If an employee of theirs ask you to do something, and they have everything set for you to do the job and you know it’s unsafe, don’t do it. 3. Management will ask you to take the blame for other people’s mistakes. And later look down at you for standing your ground. I know this is true because I have it documented in writing both times In conclusion, if you hear greats things about three rivers, it’s most likely true. But those great things you hear may not be great things to you. When people say it’s a revolving door…. that’s true but only in certain departments.

We hired this company 2 1/2 years ago to make our medical building and then fired them 6 months later. They bid low on your project to win the project and then jack up the estimate by more than double. The people they hire are highly unprofessional and dishonest and they don’t supervise them properly or take accountability for them. We were told by one of their contractors that we had asbestos in building and paid them to remove it, to later find out that there was actually no asbestos. One of their contractors stole our boiler and Cooper wires. If you go over their reviews on Google you will notice most don’t have any comments and are by local guides and the other half are by employees. Please do your homework and get references before hiring this company!

My husband works here. He has for quite a few years and still loves it. I think employee reviews are just about as important as customer reviews. It’s great knowing they take care of their people, because if they do that, you know they take care of their customers!
