Called them out to replace a rotten facia board on a single story home, they looked at it and said there was nothing they could do.

We needed to special order a door with an arched top. This type of door is very expensive. The salesman insisted that we wanted it to open the opposite way of our old door. It was installed and ended up being very dangerous as we could’ve fallen off the porch because of the direction it opened. I fumed about it for several months then went into the shop to ask if anything could be done to make it open the opposite way. The owner was at our house before i finished an errand and got home. He agreed that it was wrong. Today, 5 months later, I arrived home to find a brand new door installed opening in the correct direction. THANK YOU for your kindness and integrity.

I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 17 years, and I am very happy with their products, installation (done with great care), and customer service. They are the first people I turn to for gutter work and storm windows. Should I need anything else they offer, I will use them for that, too.
