This company did an absolutely stellar job on my sister’s patio doors, so I called for an estimate on replacing several old windows and frames. Mr. Burke couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, cordial, or helpful, and provided us with individual estimates on each aspect of the work since we weren’t sure which jobs we wanted to do before winter. He also was a great help in recommending small things that would make a huge difference in the overall soundness of our home–e.g., we were about to have new gutters put in and didn’t realize the difference that larger-than-standard size (and length) downspouts would make in keeping our basement dry, along with addressing the invasive groundcover encroaching on our basement windows. He gave us so many helpful (and free) tips that we were able to resolve a number of issues that had been worrying us for months. For quality workmanship and great customer service, we wouldn’t call anyone else.

customer service is terrible. They told me they would have someone give me an estimate and it took over a week and no reply. Called this morning and Lisa had a bucket of excuses and said I should look somewhere else. They obviously are making too much business and do not need mine.
