Working with Ann Arbor Remodeling, the team (Justin, Maria and Dave) was such a great experience for us. They developed a clear plan that captured our hoped for outcomes, engaged us directly in all design decisions and product choices, built a budget and timeline to manage the work, kept us informed on a daily basis of progress and any adjustments, then delivered on our vision – on time, on budget and just as we had hoped. They even made sure to revisit questions, choices and possibilities throughout the overall project to make sure that early decisions meshed with the realities that were uncovered as they made progress at each step. We hired AA Remodeling to redo our primary bathroom which was completed about 6 months ago. The craftsmanship is high quality work from studs to paint and the tile work is still a joy to look at. The attention to detail went beyond things I even noticed, which is hard to do. Communication was always prompt and everyone we worked with was professional, extremely knowledgable, and easy going. We’ve already contacted AA Remodeling again about doing some more projects for us.

The work was well planned, and our feedback and requests were given top consideration. It was a pleasure working with Justin and Amy on the design; both seem very talented and seem to have an excellent eye for what looks nice. The work was completed beautifully and as designed. Nolan did a great job, and took initiative to correct/re-do items he left were unsatisfactory, which is greatly appreciated. The improvements made the space so much nicer, functional and enjoyable to be in.

We had AARemodeling redo 4 bathrooms and a trex deck recently and we have to say that we’re very happy with their work, professionalism and their attention to detail. We were very particular with what we wanted and they delivered very nicely through their Team Leader, Joe, who was very easy to work with and was always a very dependable, responsive communicator. Justin was always invested in the follow up as these projects were completed reasonably on time and within budget. Most of all we were very pleased with their high quality work performance and strongly recommend AA Remodeling for any home upgrades or additions that might be needed as they are experienced and versatile to tackle any challenging jobs you might want.

I want to give a big shout out to Justin,Maria and David, they are simply the best ! After working with AA Remodeling for our basement and having such a incredible experience with their team we knew we had to have them back for our Master and Kids Bathroom’s. They have a seamless process of scheduling appointments ,every thing is updated on builder trend, they are extremely professional and work with enthusiasm, pride and integrity. Each member of their crew is amazing.Maria our designer and architect has great sense of style, and worked so patiently with us while we were making selections.Davids craftmanship is exceptional ! He is a master builder, carpenter and is a perfectionist.Justin has been intentional in building a business with nothing short of the best. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My experience with Ann Arbor Remodeling was outstanding. The project was to raise a sunken living room floor to be level with the rest of the house, to integrate the new wooden floor with the existing hardwood floor, and to refinish all the flooring. The project began and concluded on the dates promised, and at the price quoted. The teamwork was excellent, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I will contact them the next time I have a remodeling project.

On budget, on schedule, and incredible craftsmanship. We are delighted with the primary suite addition AAR did for us… it has been life changing! Our 1922 home threw a handful of curveballs but they knew how to handle them.
