His quick response, expertise, and timely managed workflow was outstanding. We where able to set timelines which where met with precision and professionalism. We contacted Cardona Builders due to our basement flooding after every rainstorm. Romeo and his team were the only ones able to identify the problem and solve it immediately. Cardona Builders restructured a damaged part of our foundation, along with adding a French drain to support with future rainstorms, and installed a beautiful pavers patio. The work was beyond exceptional and we are very pleased. I would recommend Cardona Builders to anyone having an issue with their home, they get to the problem and get the job done efficiently.

Cardona Builders HIC Reg. No. 202641 has been suspended by the Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations, Boston. Case Docket No. 2022-303 for violations. Do not use Cardona Builders or Thorne Design and Build, who was affiliated with Cardona; Case Docket No. 2022-041. Both crooks who will steal your money providing shoddy work with cheap seconds and are clueless on bldg. codes. Both lied to the city of Somerville Bldg. Dept. with Cardona pulling permits for 12 years using Thorne’s license. He changed the contract after my signature to file with the city for the permit. In addition, Cardona had no Business License so he requested payments to Magic Homes; another lie, so he got away never paying taxes on his so called Las Vegas Bus license for the $$$ he stole although reported. Stay tuned for BBB review 9.26.23: Cardona, Your license was pulled by the State of MA, for 8 months, just a few weeks back for deceitfulness. Hope you don’t screw up again! Remove pic’s of my property, 4th request. Was was my review deleted? I’m still waiting for receipts since 12/2021, for purchases you can’t account for. Women, do not hire this guy. you do not have (signed) permission to post 4 pic’s. pls remove.

Romeo was incredible! We bought a house in which he did some major renovations and structural work. Not only was the quality top notch but when we did have a small issue he came out and fixed it free of charge. I would definitely do business with Romeo again!

We used Cardona builders to repair our roof after we had a tree colapse after a storm. Cardona Builders was very profesional and quick to meet our expectations. Our roof looks great along with some other repairs they did for us! We will definitely be using them for future projects!

Cardona’s was extremely professional to work with. We turned a large, oddly shaped bathroom into a smaller, more efficient bathroom and a laundry room, involving plumbers, tilers, and electricians. Romeo was very helpful with the design, and the estimates were on target. We were kept apprised of progress throughout. The project turned out very well, even better than we expected. Even after an issue popped up months later, Romeo answered us promptly and resolved the issue within a couple of days (he had to send the subcontractor back out). We would happily use Cardona’s again!
