Startouch Property Services 9 months agoDon’t even bother trying to talk with Michelle because she never returned your calls I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for return call back. Left at least eight messages. Yes, they replace two skylights for me need the bedroom window replaced which we spoke about my entire reconstruction has been on hold. Will never use them again. Spencer Contracting Corp. 5 months agoAlthough I have used Spencer contracting for a couple years and had numerous 5 star experiences, I had to right a review after the care and service they provided my elderly grandfather today. Promptly came out on a Saturday, resolved a sewer back up and suggested cost effective solutions for a permanent repair. Thank you so much!

R.G.S. Contracting 2 months agoJoe and his crew were extremely professional and timely in rebuilding our deck. Joe was very responsive in discussing options and providing a reasonable quote for the project. We are very happy and satisfied with the work they did. I would highly recommend Joe for any of the house fixes that you are looking for. Have added the before and after pictures . We now have a beautiful deck thanks to awesome job by Joe and his team .

Penney Construction, Inc. 5 months agoThey come out and look at what you need done. Was told I’d get an estimate in a few days, radio silence. Reached out via email as that is how we were communicating, no response. So it’s apparent that they have decided it’s a job they don’t want to do or not good enough for them, so they just ignore you instead of just saying they can’t.

North Shore Home Builders 3 weeks agoHaving just completed an home maintenance and repair project with North Shore Home Builder’s we couldn’t have been more pleased. These guys check all the boxes. Led by Michael Buonfiglio.We had a wide variety of projects to complete from tree removal to replacing a nearly 100 year old wooden garage doors, as well as replacing gutters and downspouts, power washing the house and a whole lot of painting. I was concerned weather one company could handle it all. NSHB was up to the challenge. The project with multiple jobs and contractors went like dream. Communication and coordination was the key and as I found out this was just one of skills that NSHB excelled at. The biggest challenge was the garage doors. Michael recommend one of his skilled craftsmen to do the job. He did an a amazing job, way beyond our expectations my wife and I were thrilled with the results. If you are in need of a full service contractor you can trust that’s on time and on budget with most skilled team of contractors, I highly recommend North Shore Home Builder’s, you will not be disappointed!
