Shore Windows and Doors is an excellent company to work with. Very professional, responsive and accommodating. Debbie and Ray, the owners, are great, and their work ethic is apparent in their staff. Derrick and Lowen are hard and conscientious workers. Our replacement windows were installed with care and expertise, and they made sure our house was clean when the job was done. Highly recommend. You won’t be sorry.

Ask for an estimate for 6 window mechanisms, the quote seemed high so we told the salesmen on the phone it was too high and asked why, he relooked at the quote and seen an error and said it would be approx $500, we agreed to do the job, he came out that same day to look at Windows, gave a deposit of $125. Emailed us a quote for $1000 next day, which we had already said was too high. Called and left message, the owner Debbie called my husband back the next day, he explained what happened, she said that’s our quote, your not getting your deposit back and hung up on him, would not answer any further calls from us. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Unbelievable. Don’t get involved with this company. Tried to charge me $125 to get a quote. They didn’t disclose it, and only mentioned it when they were finished looking at the job. I refused to pay the fee because I had no prior notice. (Actually even had an email from the office staff said$125 service fee when any work is performed.) When I refused to pay the “quote” fee, the owner Ray literally stomped out of my house screaming obscenities including the “B” word in front of his helper Derrick. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again…

Derrek B and Loudon W were our installers today for a set of French doors with the blinds enclosed. We have been waiting for 4 months for the builder to install them, but they were not able to. I am so happy that these two installers came today. They were everything a company should want in an installer – courteous, efficient, friendly, on- time and knowledgeable. We used Shore Windows and Doors to replace our condo windows, sliders and closet doors. We were very happy with the results. Recently our storm door suffered damage due to wind, Shore Windows and Doors were quick to schedule an assessment and were able to repair our door without having to replace it. Good communication, reasonably priced, friendly, and reliable. 5 stars from us!!! Thank you.
