If I could have not given them a star I would have. Their rep came to my house and took measurements. After a week I called to see if the estimate was ready…I was told it takes 2 weeks for an estimate. I waited…I called and emailed and no response. I called again and the secretary said that she would call me after she spoke to her boss…didnt call me back. I called the next day and the secretary said her boss went out of town and my estimate was the only he left behind and that I would have to wait. Needless to say I was not happy and would never recommend this contractor to anyone. I guess they didnt need the business specially with the pandemic we are going through.

I am a little taken back by the Lack of Service and Professionalism being shared with me by my Customers and Clients. In the past, we had referred Habsburg Construction with rave feedback from our Real Estate Customers and Clients. However as of late we’ve received calls stating that the referral issued on behalf of Habsburg Construction was not a good one due to lack of attention, lack of response to calls, lack a follow-up, and lack of professionalism. One customer stated that The person answering the phone was rude and did not listen to her concerns. I am hoping that whatever changes they made to Staff and Contractors, it will be rectified; so, that it will be reassuring to refer them in the future.

Our realtor recommended them to us to give an estimate for termite damage on a house we were looking to purchase. He came out and did the estimate in a timely fashion and then when we were ready for the repair he came out and went above and beyond his original estimate of damage. Would recommend them for this type of work.

They repaired work on a house i was buying quality work. And after purchase they fixed something that wasn’t on the home inspection list free of charge. I recommend them to anyone.
