Unmatched Construction Group, Inc 9 months agoWorking with Sandi and Rich was a pleasant experience! Their crew did a fantastic job on our kitchen ceiling, front porch roof, painting our 2nd floor shutters, and are working on our back porch ceiling! I would use this company again for any repairs!

Kitchen Design Center by Gramophone 4 months agoOur basement storage room was transformed into a beautiful theater room with the most amazing sound system, door, beautiful lighting, platform seating, AV rack, and wall mounted television. We also had a wet bar with quartz countertops, shelving, cabinets, refrigerator, and microwave installed into an area with plumbing left from when the house was constructed. The entire project took about 7 weeks. We were a bit apprehensive about trying to think about what exactly we wanted the space to look like. This was no problem at all – the kitchen design center team took care of the color choices, carpet colors, chair selection, cabinet colors, fixtures, etc. The timeless design fits the style of our home. It was quite a relief to have the design taken care of by the wonderful team at Gramophone – it made our job easy and it was quite fun to have colors/fixtures/cabinets/etc narrowed down for us. We had an amazing construction crew – everyone from the project & installation manager, framers, electricians, countertop install, plumbers, painters, carpet installers, AV, HVAC, etc were all so nice and extremely knowledgeable. The attention to detail by the crew was amazing and at the end of the day, everything was clean, neat, and tidy. It was fun to see progress every night and we learned a lot during the construction process. Gramophone kept us up-to-date on progress, schedule, and any questions we had were immediately answered. We were very impressed at how everyone at Gramophone worked together as a team. I feel like this was the smoothest construction project we will ever have – instead of stress we found ourselves enjoying the process. We highly recommend the awesome team at Gramophone and we can’t thank you enough for our beautiful theater room and wet bar.

Their work was excellent and precisely done. The attention to detail was impressive. It was a pleasure to interact with Cameron, Carlos, Noel and the rest of the crew. Grandior Kitchens Baths & Closets 6 months agoDaniel, the senior designer of Grandior, is an outstanding professional in his field of kitchen & bath interior design. We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition. We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. We would, and have, highly recommended him to others and are continuing to use his services to complete two other bathrooms. He is an amazing designer! We love our home!

Charm City Maintenance & Remodeling 3 years agoCCMR came out to rebuild part of a box-bay window on my townhome that had some mold and rot, along with some exterior painting. Work started on time and ended a day early. Niki and Jim provided quick quotes, and my wife and I were happy with Noel’s work. Would recommend!

Awards Construction a year agoI can’t say enough good things about the job this crew did. My home was flooded and Al and his team responded immediately and mitigated my home. They were professional and timely at the most difficult time. Awards also did an amazing job building an addition and remodeling my kitchen. Their work is beyond compare.
