I am sincerely excited to be providing this review of Basement Remodeling’s finishing of my basement in Odenton, Md. I was extremely impressed with the methodical system that was utilized throughout the project, from the first day when the project manager and his managerial crew visited our property to review and initiate the finish plans and change our basement lock for theirs (eliminating the need for us to have to share our house keys) to the final day – only 7 weeks later – when they returned to replace our basement lock and close out the job. Our basement finishing involved transforming @ 800 sq. ft of unpartititioned unfinished space into a music studio, media room, small office and fully tiled bathroom, with linen closet. All of the trade professionals – plumbers, electricians, HVAC crew, carpenters, interior designer, cleaners, etc. – integrated seamlessly with the project manager. They were all professional, courteous, always on time to the job site and all did excellent work. The project manager sent weekly emails detailing the work schedule for each upcoming week; 95% of the time, his projections were totally on point! The finished product is beautiful and we are totally pleased. A special shoutout to Tom Hummer, who was our initial contact who visited our home to discuss our initial design concept and provide ides and the eventual price quote. Whereas other contractors took over a week to quote the project, Tom got it done in 24 hours, with detailed drawings, and a total cost breakdown – with stayed consistent throughout the project!

Basement remodeling bar far exceeded my expectations. They always stayed on time and even with a delay where able to finish the project on time. If I ever need another basement remodeled thy will be my only call.

From start to finish, designing our basement with BasementRemodeling.com has been first rate. When it comes to project management, project execution, and allowing the customer to enjoy the process, BasementRemodleing.com has the right formula. When you have a company that takes professionalism and craftmanship seriously it is apparent in the final product. Our project consisted of a complete basement buildout. While we had established an idea of what we wanted, there were still a few details that needed to be fleshed out. To our delight the team jumped right in to bring our ideas closer to execution by providing suggestions that were aesthetically pleasing and logically sound. We specifically want to give acknowledge the team we worked with Tom Hummer, Eric Campbell, Bindu Maneyapanda, and Gheorghe Caminschi. As top-notch professionals they each played a part in ensuring transparency in the build process and ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. We never had to guess where money was being allocated because Tom walked us through every line item within our budget. We never had to guess what was next and received expert hand holding because Eric was always available. We never felt pressured into colors or selections we didn’t want, and we were able to explore different ways to express our personalities in paint, countertops, flooring because Bindu listened to our ideas and offered great design suggestion. Lastly but not the least important, we never had to worry about anything not meeting a standard because Gheorghe made sure that any inspection we had went off without a hitch. Another point to note is that throughout the project, as the different trades (e.g., plumbers, electricians, etc.) completed their portion of the project, several consistent themes amongst the crew include: • Cleanliness, • Efficiency, • and Consideration for our property. All that to say, we are extremely pleased with the final product and would recommend this team to anyone looking to complete a project.

We are very happy with our basement. The team was excellent, friendly, organized, on time, dependable and worked with us to make modifications to make things perfect. Excellent work!
