It was truly a pleasure working with MLR on the reconstruction portion of our building after a huge flood. While there were hiccups, there always are, they proved to be a team that is dependable, courteous, and mindful of their environment. I had around the clock assistance and was fortunate enough to work with a great PM. Thank you, Mr. Fisher & Mr. Marks for overseeing our project and ensuring the final product was delivered on time!

The MLR team was incredible from start to finish. They came out and conducted a thorough walkthrough with us to examine all the issues. From that, they provided a quote and timeline. They started on time, stayed within budget, and finished early. We even added items during the process, and there was no problem—they accommodated the changes and updated the quote instantly. Their communication was excellent, and the work was top-notch. We will be using them again very soon!

Highly recommend. Had my kitchen backsplash done in brick and tile work done. Matt Stubbs did both jobs. Could not be more pleased with the work. Professional jobs on both, paid attention to every detail also. Will call on again in the future.

Getting the estimate approved took an excessively long time; however, all of the work was done very well! Morgan was great about answering my questions on the phone. Matt was able to quickly coordinate getting a really professional crew in to install our replacement floors. Overall we’re very pleased to have worked with Matt, and super glad to have our home back in full form.

Dealing with MLR Builders was a pleasure start to finish. First starting with Morgan who walked us through the process and assisted us as we had an extremely difficult and rude insurance adjuster. Our house had a broken pipe and it ruined flooring in 4 rooms and a hallway. Morgan calmed me as this insurance adjuster had me in tears, even our insurance agent couldn’t help. The adjuster didn’t want to pay to have our belongings stored properly. Then came Chad our project manager who was polite, kind, thoughtful and professional. All the workmen were very respectful. I rated this company a 5 because this was how customers should be treated. I highly recommend MLR Builders
