Contacted Lacoste & Young on the recommendation of a friend. Had a large, solid wood beam start falling away from the ceiling and had to quickly prop it up with a ladder. They came out the next day, diagnosed the issue, and had it firmly re-anchored and looking better than before in under 24 hours. I’m grateful they took care of something potentially dangerous very quickly and efficiently.

I am so incredibly pleased with this entire company. They finished my bathroom remodel in less time than projected. All the workers are skilled craftsmen. The communication was amazing as I was able to reach them immediately at any time. They helped me choose products and were onsite throughout the process. It was an amazing experience and my dream bathroom is a reality. They are all awesome, caring and respectful people. Thank you to all!

Jacob & John recently completed the backsplash in my kitchen and also tiled the floors in my master bathroom. I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Thanks to Lacoste and Young for making my dreaded hall bathroom remodel a smooth and enjoyable experience. They worked with me on my vision, made positive suggestions when needed, and the result is just what I was hoping for. John, Jacob and Jesse, as well as all of the laborers were nice, timely, efficient, and always cleaned up before they left for the day.

They are the worst people we ever dealt with I highly recommend people if you have homeowners insurance on your home he will tell you that he hate dealing with insurance companies don’t waste your time! Jacbo young made like they was trying to help us get more money from the insurance company but to only find out he was only trying to help hiself! Jacbo young was more focused on the money than the work itself. On top of that they lie about what they was going to do and made like we was going to do this and that. Then they Halfway install the drywall located under the window seal and left a crack which is crazy to us because if you are installing a drywall how come you didn’t see it?? We paid $9000 worth of nothing. Jacbo young kept trying to charge us piece by piece instead of giving us a labor fee for everything!! We never got a copy of their estimate so we didn’t know what we was working with. Jacbo young kept our receipt for the floors which that was crazy to us!! Honestly we feel like some of that $9000 they kept in their pockets and they made like it was going to drywall, flooring, and prep and that is a lot of money for a small project. I had to get some of money back from them because of the stuff they lie about! From my honest opinion a real honest Contractor would have did the work first then got paid for it. Its too many contractors in louisiana and most of them would never did these people did. Then once we agree on it we discovered that some of the information we agree on it never happened!!!!!! Then on top of that he was trying to go after the appreciation money that the insurance company had. I tell this guy is a snake and like i said before we didn’t do anything wrong towards him but he was only trying to look out for him not us!!! a lesson learned from this experience because he isn’t a good contractor all he cares about is money and he was shady towards us! He thought he was going to get over on us until we seen what was going on!!! I wish i can do zero stars!!!!Because I promise We will never work with these people again!!!!!

Lacoste and young went above and beyond on helping me with my repairs after I had a pipe bust in my home ruining my floors, my insurance company wouldn’t reason on what needed to be replaced. Jacob called my adjuster and got everything covered for me with out me having to pay anything. Out of pocket. I was so pleased with all they did that I went ahead and hired them to do my kitchen remodel, and on this project they once again were amazing. I highly recommend them for your remodels.
