The guys from Symmetric were great to work with. They gave me a good estimate that was below 4 other contractors I contacted. They did an excellent job, they took down my old deck reinforced any framing that needed it and put up a much more solid deck than you can make from supplies at Lowes or Home Depot for a do-it-yourself job. I payed exactly what the estimate was, no over charging, or extra unexpected fees. They said it would be about two weeks before they could start my project, but they were able to start my project within a week. The rebuild took a couple of days and Edgar came out to look over the project with me and make sure I was satisfied with the work. It looks much better than our old deck and is much sturdier. My wife and I are very pleased! We are planning on using Symmetric on our next project, to replace exterior doors. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I highly recommend Symmetric! I have used them for several jobs now and they do exactly what they say they will do and they show up exactly when they say they will. Edgar has been excellent to work with. He communicated every step of the project and sent me pictures of the progress. The first project they did for me was to seal and repair box/soffit gutters on a three-story building in Old Louisville. They also expertly rebuilt some sections of the soffit, then painted all back to match the existing paint. The second project they re-roofed a building and did an excellent job at a fair price! I will definitely be using them again!

We received Edgar’s name for Symmetric and I called. He was very prompt in getting in touch with us. We made arrangements to have an estimate and he was very helpful in giving us ideas as well as listening to our ideas. That evening he sent rendering’s of what we had talked about and was right on point. He was prompt in sending an estimate to us and we agreed on the price. Construction started as soon as we asked. The crew that worked on the deck were very professional and kind. They completed the project in the agreed amount of time. We asked to have lights placed on the steps and they were very accommodating to add that on. We had asked Edgar to look at a few other small projects while he was here. One was a gutter problem, another was replacing a screen door and lastly to look at our front deck that had a rotted area. While inspecting the front deck he realized there was more damage than originally thought. At that time we discussed with Edgar going ahead and replacing the front deck along with our back porch deck. We agreed on a price and construction began immediately. I can not express how happy we are with the end products. They completed the remaining decks plus gutter and exterior door work with complete professionalism. The work area was completely cleaned up of any debris. We are looking so forward to having family and friends over for many years to enjoy. From conception to completion of all the above projects we can say we would highly recommend Edgar and Symmetric Contractors.

Symmetric General Contracting has completed 2 jobs for us ithis year and we highly recommend them. The first job was a bay window siding replacement necessary because we removed an old deck and replaced it with a patio leaving the unfinished & damaged base exposed. It was a relatively small job. Prior to calling Symmetric we had trouble getting other contractors to come out and give us an estimate. Edgar & Fabiola came out right away, gave us a fair price, took extra care to match our current siding, completed the job quickly, in a very professional manner and communicated with us every step of the way. We were so pleased with their work, we ask them to give us a gutter replacement estimate. Again they promptly provided a fair and detailed estimate. While inspecting the existing gutters they noticed that our shingles had substantial hail damage and shared photos with us. They worked with us & with our insurance company while we went back and forth with the adjuster to get agreement on the details of the work that needed to be done. Symmetric started the work within 2 weeks of our signing the contract and completed both the gutter replacement and roofing jobs right away. We are thrilled with their work, attention to detail and conscientious follow through. Excellent experience.

The Symmetric team has been doing the roof and other repairs on the building where I work. They have always shown up on time and been highly professional. When they came to do our estimate, they were not pushy but provided us with all of the options for repairs we needed. Highly recommend.
