Jeremy is very meticulous in his work and is willing to go out of his way to make the customer happy! We are extremely happy with the finished shower that was converted from a tub. I would use him again for any additional work we may have in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

Our Union hall needed to be remodeled in our kitchen and washrooms. We called several contractors for estimates. Grandview was the lowest. From the beginning, Jeremy walked us through the process and worked within our schedule. He let us have samples of floor tiles and cabinets for our board members to choose from. For the marble counter (both washroom sinks, and kitchen) Jeremy took me to the warehouse where I was able to choose which one I preferred. Even when things did not go smoothly (when taking down the old tile in one of the washrooms they found there was no wall behind it, just 2X4s placed behind the tile, and backward plumbing) they made it still go smoothly, explaining what needed to be done to support the wall and to fix the pipes. When they finished, not only were we under budget, everything looks and works great and our members like the new look. All in all, it was a great choice we made choosing Grandview.

Called Grandview Construction to convert our tub/shower to a walk-in shower with safety bars and install a new toilet The quality of their work far surpassed our expectations and the professional demeanor of everyone involved in the project was exceptional. Would recommend their services in a heartbeat. Truly top line professionals. Couldn’t be more pleased. We plan to call on them for additional work. Jeremy Lord really has a top notch team.

I’m so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we couldn’t be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who’s looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house.

Jeremy and his team did a remodel of the first and second floors of our home including a complete new kitchen, remodeled powder room, new Luxury Vinyl flooring throughout, new interior doors, can lights in the kitchen, family room and living room, beautiful new wood and wrought iron railings for our staircase and a complete interior paint job. They removed walls and installed a support beam to open the kitchen up to our dining room. We couldn’t be happier with how that opened up the feel of our first floor!! They even fixed an extremely squeaky bedroom floor that had been driving us crazy ! Jeremy has high standards for his team and subcontractors and an eye for the fine details. He demands perfection and was willing to fix/change anything we were not completely happy with. Everyone he brought into our home during the process was friendly, skilled and shared his focus on customer satisfaction. Any concerns we had were always quickly resolved. We were very indecisive on some aspects of the remodel and Jeremy was very patient and extremely helpful in choosing the finishes. He was always willing to meet at suppliers to help make selections and his recommendations always wound up being perfect. The Grandview team arrived on time daily and progress could be seen every day. Cleanup was done at the end of every day. Our neighbors even noticed and commented on it! Our project was completed on time and we love the results! We definitely will be using Grandview when we are ready for our master bath remodel. We highly recommend Grandview for your construction needs!!

Worked with Jeremy from Grandview, definitely would and will recommend him and his team for any home remodeling needs. We took a two piece bathroom in our basement and made it into a 3 piece, the discussion now in our house is which kid gets the “master” since this new bathroom is too amazing to leave as a guest bath. They worked very quickly and also did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day and at the end of the project. Can’t say enough good things about him and his whole team that came by the house.
