An exceptional experience in every way. While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanup every day as the work was done. Protective plastic and covering for the bathroom floor, bedroom and stairs was thoughtfully placed. The owner came by regularly to check on progress and kept making additional suggestions to enhance the project, but wouldn’t make it any additional cost. The automated estimate and billing also is very convenient. The owner, workers and office manager are all highly professional and show uncommon care for the project.

Would highly recommend Villa construction for any remodeling/construction work. Greg and his entire team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They completed an entire balcony remodel along with a dry out/mold remediation that I had at my property. They completed the project in a thorough and timely manner, while walking me through the details of the project and answering any questions that I had. Will definitely contact them for any future projects!

We have worked with numerous contractors over the years and no one has come close to the quality, service and communication than Villa Construction. Greg and his team were great from the design, planning and execution of a huge home remodel. Our project was extensive and included digging out a basememt, replacing part of the roof, new HVAC and ducts, adding bathrooms, removal of walls, building stairs and everything in between. His staff are true professionals who care about the quality of the work, are clean, considerate and focus on the client. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend Villa Construction. We will absolutely use them again for any future projects.

This is one of those companies that deserves more than just 5 stars. Greg and his team fully renovated our dated master bathroom, bringing the room down to just studs and joists and back to an uber modern bouje master bath in just over 4 months. The entire experience was painless and the foreman (Rafal) constantly stepped up to all challenges. Rafal worked seamlessly with our designer to ensure plans were delivered and complications were remedied. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. An extra large thank you to Rafal for his innovative solutions. Greg (the owner) is accomodating, easy to contact/respond and approachable. Look ing forward to our kitchen renovation next year. Thank you Greg and the Villa Construction team.

Greg came out to give us a quote. Completely wasted our time. He never sent the estimate and after calling and emailing him several times requesting it. We gave up. I think we scared him when we said we have a permit cause he was making up excuses after. Ask for their business license and insurance if you do hire them.

Needed some extensive renovations on our 2 flat. Full kitchen and bath gut and remodel, addition of washer/drier, all new supply plumbing, some new sewer, and some misc repairs. Greg’s team (including Rafal) did all of the demo, and installed the new plumbing in less than a month which allowed us to move back in to the one of the floors while theybfinished the kitchen/bath on the other. Being on time here saved us a ton of money. Project finished on time and on budget which was really impressive considering the age of the building and uh…quality…of the previous work. Most importantly, I definitely trust them to provide an accurate assessment of cost of any project. Greg/Rafal were really communicative and helpful in working with me as the inevitable questions and unexpected things come up. Would 100% use again

I have worked with Villa Construction for over 13 years. They have done everything from small repairs to building a home from the ground up for me. I am most impressed with their desire to do things the right way and for a fair price. I highly recommend them for your remodeling/rehabbing needs!
