I would highly recommend Tmac Inc . They have a great crew and very clear understanding of the progression of the project. Very organized team with great communication. Quality of work and professionalism is unmatched. They did drywalling and door installation in an open passageway as well as our 18ft living room accent wall and we are more than happy with the result and their attention to details. They also worked with us on selections and offered suggestions which turned out great. We received many compliments for the accent wall from our friends. They made sure that the work is completed on time so that our house is ready before the festival. We will definitely work with them for our future home projects. It was great working with them. Highly recommend them.

TMac returned my call regarding our communication problem, and we have both made progress in addressing the issue. They are now actively engaged in working on my project, and I have full confidence in their abilities to deliver outstanding results. Their genuine willingness to assist us assures me that they will excel in their tasks. We plan to provide an updated review of their performance in the future. May 27 & June 2, 2023 ———————————————————————————————— My experience with this contractor can only be described as a complete and utter disappointment. Not only did they fail to show up for the approved project, but they also exhibited a complete lack of responsiveness when it came to communication. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this contractor to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy services. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that they requested a 50% deposit upfront before any work was done. Due to a previous bad experience, I was hesitant to make such a payment without any tangible progress. However, we negotiated an alternative arrangement wherein I agreed to pay them 1/3 on the first day they showed up at my place with the necessary tiles. Regrettably, this contractor failed to honor our agreement. They never showed up as promised and completely ignored all attempts at communication. Not only did they leave me without any progress on my project, but they also left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. It is clear that their primary concern was securing the deposit rather than delivering on their promises. In hindsight, I consider myself fortunate for not making the payment upfront. Had I done so, I have no doubt that this contractor would have taken the money and disappeared without a trace, leaving me in an even more precarious situation. Based on this experience, I strongly caution against working with this contractor. Their failure to show up for an approved project, lack of communication, and insistence on a significant upfront payment raise serious red flags. It is crucial to choose contractors who prioritize transparency, reliability, and trust. Unfortunately, this contractor failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I would advise others to seek alternative options to avoid similar frustrations and potential financial loss.

We hired your company to do our bathroom wall repair, tile installation and some plumbing work. We were very pleased with the excellent professional approach your company showed during both the planning process and the construction process. Especially Mr Thorn Anthony managed the process perfectly. Anthony and Dennis, who contributed to this process, made us very happy with their work experience and excellent personalities.
