We worked with them on a bathroom remodel, and they were so responsive throughout the whole process. The actual renovation was completed with care and was finished in six business days. They will be our go-to team for any future projects.

I had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time. Jakubek Remodeling team is wonderful team to work with. They will move and coverup the furniture and floors before they begin their work. When they finish up for the day, they will clean up what they could before they leave. They are very punctual and organized. When the job is done, the put back the furniture. They have a very good reputation and are trustworthy. I am very happy with the work they done to the bathrooms.

We had a great experience working with the Jakubek team! From start to finish, Dawid was very communicative with us. We put a full bathroom in our basement (and plan to work with them to completely finish the basement!) and the entire build took about 12 or 13 days. Dawid was super easy to work with, answered any questions we had, always provided feedback and suggestions (but in a very expert, non-pushy way). We’re so pleased with the finished product. The entire team was very respectful of our space, showed up early or on time and stayed later some nights just to get the job done – and we were not on a hard timeline. Overall we highly recommend Jakubek. We are excited to work with them again!

Jakubek proved to be an honest and reliable contractor that performs quality work. They did a complete remodel of the first floor in my house that included 1) Gutting and a complete remodel of the kitchen, half bath and laundry rooms (3 full slabs of stone were used as counter tops and back splashes). 2) Installing 1,300 square feet of oak flooring (they used over 3,000 screws to secure the underlayment and eliminate squeaking). Their bid was a fair price and lower than many other contractors who quoted the project. The only cost adjustments were for unanticipated issues and changes I made to the original quote and the amounts were reasonable. Robert, David and their crew paid close attention to detail and performed the job as if they were working in their own homes. They were very flexible and adaptable when issues came up (such as unexpected pipes in the wall) and very helpful in offering suggestions and implementing solutions. Since I wanted to be closely involved in decisions, they included me in all appropriate areas, and I felt like I had input and was listened to. They cleaned up daily and took precautions to protect areas from damage. Once they started the project, they stayed on it, and I felt like I was their most important client. While they did do work on other projects, it never delayed my project and they always had someone on site keeping my project progressing. David coordinated all materials and subcontractors to ensure everything arrived on time. They used excellent subcontractors for the hardwood flooring and countertop installations and monitored their work to make sure the finished project was up to Jakubek high standards. David also made design suggestions and recommended suppliers that had high quality products and better pricing than others I considered using. Jakubek was the first contractor where I never had a dispute, where I felt the entire project was done properly and where I was highly satisfied with the finished project. Therefore, I would highly recommend Jakubek to friends. In fact, I have already recommended them to 4 good friends who saw my remodel and wanted the name of my contractor for projects they are planning. I was so happy with their performance and attention to detail that I asked them to come back and proactively replace my 18-year-old water heater and a failing sump pump. Their work was very professional and they were less expensive than other alternatives for replacing these items.

I love this company. We have used them to basically remodel our whole house. They have re-done my kids bathroom, from heated floors, lighting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, subway tiles installed in a herringbone pattern and exhaust fan. It’s simply beautiful. They have also added recessed lighting throughout my house. The biggest job we had them do was to install new white oak hardwood floors throughout the house. They even re-did our stairs, railing and banisters. They also replaced all of my basement ceiling tiles and added recessed lighting there too. I was getting a new TV installed and Jakubek, inc added an outlet for me so that my TV can be installed without having any wires showing. There is nothing they cannot do and there is no one else I would trust in my home. Trust me, a good contractor is hard to find, these guys will be the only contractor you’ll ever need. 4/19/24 Jakubek, INC just remodeled our master bathroom. They did a tremendous job just like everything else they have done for us. From heated floors, to custom shower doors, the remodel was phenomenal

If you are looking for a conscientious contractor that is honest, reliable, competent, and experienced, go with Jakubek, Inc. We remodeled the bathroom in our condo and they did a great job, everything we expected and more. They took care to protect our floors and contain the dust, and they cleaned up at the end. They were responsive to following the rules of the condo building and getting appropriate permits. David was easy to work with and was a wealth of practical information as far as making decisions about products and design. He works with his father, Robert, and everyone on the team were good workers with an attention to details. Tom, the tiler, was pleasant to have around, and took pride in his work. Paperwork was accurate and professional. Communication was prompt and timely. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the project. We were referred to them by a neighbor who also had a good experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for our next project. I highly recommend them.

Jakubek Inc completed work on my home last week. They built a wall and door to separate a laundry room from another room. They gutted and renewed an old room including ceiling, walls, baseboards, and door frames. They installed a door, storm door, and patched a huge hole in my kitchen wall. My home is older and I just moved in this past year. Jakubek Inc. helped immensely with providing quality work making everything they worked on look so much better and functional. They are very responsive via email or in person. Very focused and clear communication. I think every company should work like they do. Trusting and friendly employees. Really got the job done well. I would use them again in a heartbeat. More work done- I asked Jakubek Inc to come back and remodel my bathroom and my sunroom. They completed my work about 1 1/2 months after they gave me a quote. Really fast service. The workers are extremely professional and look like they enjoy their job. The company seems to be owned by a father and son, so it’s a family run business. They take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. That’s hard to come by. Thank you for making my home livable for my family.

Amazing is the first word that comes to mind! We had just the best experience with Jakubek Inc! We decided to remodel two of our bathrooms when he had tile fall in one of our showers. Just days before our project was supposed to start in May 2023 I had to cancel the project as we found out my husband was sick. David was so understanding and compassionate. We ended up resuming the bathrooms in Nov 2023. David communicated with us every step of the way and always checked with us when if something was going to change. I couldn’t believe our bathrooms were done in the two week timeline that we were told. Heck, David was even at our house for the inspection two days after his baby was born! They are truly a pleasure to work with and their work is fantastic. I would recommend Jakubek Inc to everyone (and have to my personal friends and family)!

Jakubek Inc did a dining room/kitchen remodel for us in July 2023, and I can not recommend them enough! Doing any type of construction in your home is always nerve racking. From the first phone call until the job was complete, Jakubek was professional, honest and reliable. David did an incredible job of communicating, and they got the job done in the exact time frame he predicted. They asked questions along the way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and everyone who worked on the job was kind and courteous. Like many people, we’ve had a bad experience with a contractor. So when it was time to hire a company to redo our bathroom, we were a little hesitant. We met with several companies, and Jakubek Inc. seemed far and away the most friendly and professional. We signed a contract with them and never looked back. Dawid and his team did not disappoint. They were efficient, made great recommendations when I needed them, and did not seem bothered at all when I had questions. Once the project started, their communication was regular, and they always made sure to check with us if they had any questions or concerns. I could not recommend them more and look forward to finding another project to work with them on.
