Owner (Mario) was amazing, and a great communicator, he came out personally to help survey and ultimately come up with the ideal deck design I needed for my back yard! Even though they do much larger construction projects, (compared to my deck) they were very professional and thorough. The project manager (Adam) made sure to keep me informed of the progress and timelines, even with unexpected rain days in between! Will certainly use these guys for all my projects moving forward!

Mario took the time to sit down with us and truly understand what we were looking for in a home, incorporating our preferences into the design seamlessly. While the process took a bit longer than expected, the end result was well worth the wait. The attention to detail, from the architecture to the landscaping, is impeccable. Hired modern creations for an imprompto project that would require a tight schedual of 2.5 weeks to gut and redo a kitchen/hallway and boy did they step up to plate and delivered a homerun , they managed to pull it off in 2weeks from gutting, electrical, insulating, drywall,patching, cabinets down to the slab i coulnt be more pleased with the efficiancy, price and craftsmanship this company offers, im already planning on the outside project that i will be using them for in thr near future, i highly recommend

Modern creations was wonderful to work with, they worked on our 200 room hotel remodeling project and also did an amazing job in my parents Kitchen. I would strongly recommend them for any big or small project. Their communication and transparency through out the process was amazing. Not to mention finishing before expected time, which save us tons of money Thank you Modern Creations.
