If you are looking to work with Airoom on any remodeling work or new construction, we would strongly recommend Dennis Szymkowiak as superintendent on any project. Dennis did a fantastic job on our basement project. We are very pleased with the outcome. Dennis was extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and very helpful particularly with respect to overcoming some of the challenges we faced during construction. It has been a true pleasure to work with Dennis on our project and we would highly recommend him to others.

We just finished a primary bath renovation with Airoom. They were professional from start to finish. They handled every detail. I want to give a special shoutout to Denny S., our onsite supervisor. He was the best supervisor/general contractor that we have ever worked with in 40+ years of home ownership. GREAT communication (content and timing) and soooo knowledgeable. I am so happy he was assigned to our job. I highly recommend Airoom. Just know that you get what you pay for in a construction project, so don’t expect discount pricing. But I know you’ll be VERY happy in the end.

I called Airoom to see if they could renovate a historic building I’ve inherited. I was given a prompt call back, but since I wasn’t expecting a call so soon, I was in the middle of the boarding a plane, so I called back upon my return. The young lady informed me today that I’m outside their service area, but she immediately went above and beyond and directed me how to find licensed and bonded accredited contractors to suit my needs via the Better Business Bureau website. As They did not work on my home, I can not get 5 star, but I can give 4 for top marks in customer service.

We looked for the ideal partner to complete the project when we made the decision to remodel our house. The best reputation in the region, according to our research, was held by Airoom. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff’s attention in learning about our wants and goals for our home when we met with them. The team in charge of our project spent time with us right away getting to know us and learning how best to accomplish what we wanted. We were right about our superintendent. Respectful and simple to work with. On the project’s advancement, he keeps us informed and up to date.

This was our first interaction with Airoom. On the design stage, we worked together with Gina and Marv. They are both top-notch. They are really knowledgeable and patient. Both superintendents handled the little unforeseen occurrences that arose on the job site with ease and were highly competent. The Airoom’s vendors were all top-notch. There may not be much left to do at our home, but if we experienced a third remodeling, we would use Airoom. I’d heartily endorse Airoom Architects.

Hiring Airoom Architects, Builders to construct your house and/or expansion is something I highly recommend. The finest supervisor Airoom has is Tom Schneiderwind, so make sure you request him. In addition to taking care of everything and making the remodeling process easier than I’ve ever encountered, their staff also suggested ideas that I would have never come up with on my own. After meeting with several home renovation companies, we were about to give up on improving our house. Then we discovered Airoom. The initial consultation went far deeper than we had imagined, and the talented designers provided us with renderings so we could see the concept before selecting it. They even assisted us in selecting the materials, and they asked us questions about our preferences that we would have never thought to ask. We are content with our new home.
