Andrews Construction – Dental Builder 5 years agoJim Andrews recently completed the build out of our new dental office. I chose Jim because of his reputation and because I knew that building out a dental office is not the same as adding on a porch let alone renovating a kitchen or bathroom. It needs to be done by someone who is familiar with the specifics of dental office design and building codes. I didn’t want someone’s brother in law who could save a few bucks up front only to be faced with problems down the road. I checked on progress almost daily not only to see how things were coming along but also to check the quality of the work. Jim never disappointed. I noticed how all of the subcontractors were always on the same page as Jim, and seemed to know all the whats, whys and whens every step of the way. The office turned out beautifully, and our patients not only compliment but actually rave about our new space. I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to Jim and his staff for making this whole process easy.

RYCO Landscaping 4 weeks agoHad work done for a patio, concrete work excellent, post landscaping very poor. Lawn not smoothed properly or sloped for drainage with hills mounds. Repaired ared not raked out, very rough and not blended to existing grade. Reached out for correction and no response. Expected better for the price paid.

TJ Beam, Inc. 2 days agoSTORM CHASER, We should’ve known better when starting to work with Dan on a possible roof replacement due to storm damage. During the initial assessment Dan let us know that we had significant hail damage and was confident that it would get covered by insurance which was a major concern of mine because I didn’t want to submit an insurance claim for nothing. Once the insurance adjuster came out to inspect he in fact found zero roof damage, and even asked the other TJ rep that was here to point it out for him to take a look, which at that point the TJ rep said THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. He didn’t even pull out the original report or inspection from Dan. State Farm closed out the claim with a very minimal payout for other damage that was not even the original concern. So now we have a claim on the house, will see increased premiums, and not even have our roof replaced thanks to trusting the “experience”, “knowledge”, and recommendations to move forward from Dan. Extremely disappointed with the outcome of trying to work with this company, when clearly they just wanted to make a sale & didn’t care about our concerns at all! Would not recommend!
