Couldn’t even get past the initial conversation with Sarah the “cabinet designer” absolutely miserable experience. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend just on the simple point that they are impersonal and rude.

Freedom Sings USA and the Village of Shiloh recently held a retreat for local veterans. Padgett Building & Remodeling was kind enough to sponsor the event. Zec, Ben and the entire Padgett team did a fantastic job on our patio remodel! We had a rotting wooden deck which we removed and they installed a beautiful wood-grain stamped and stained concrete patio with custom downspout reroute and accent lighting. They had the bid to us when they said they would, returned every phone call, text and email. They came when they said they would and delivered just what we asked for! Very professional team that didn’t hesitate to fix little parts of the project that didn’t turn out just right. Ben was our site manager and he was absolutely fantastic to work with—he made absolutely sure we were satisfied with our project! Thanks, Padgett Building and Remodeling!

Had some water damage in my garage. Unwilling to even look at it or provide a quote. David Padgett said his policy is NOT to work with insurance companies.

Padgett has done a great job from planning to (almost) finish!! Everyone has been very accommodating, professional, helpful, and our project manager Nancy has always kept us informed about each step & upcoming activities. The contractors have all been nice, trustworthy & have done great job. I really thought the expensive master bath remodel would be way more stressful since I sleep later & work later than many others, & have to handle my dogs while working at home during the project, but they did a great job of minimizing the pain. I would highly recommend this company & their contractors for other jobs. The shower tiling is especially beautiful!!

I would not recommend. Took over a year to finish project blaming insurance and workers out because injured but was posting other projects on social media. Some of the work done was very poor quality. Would also leave the house unlocked after they were done. Would come over unannounced.

They were great about communicating with us. The weather was really bad and they let us know when they would be working and who would be coming out. They fixed my rotten house exterior and leaky windows. The initial bid was a little higher than I expected, but it was quality work and excellent communication.

We had Padgett remodel our kitchen, it turned out wonderful all the workers were professional and friendly. They gave us a calendar on when each item was to be worked on and everything was on time. I would highly recommend them for a project.

We hired Padgett to complete our basement project of adding 1,500 square feet, which included two bedrooms, a large family room and a full bath. From the design stage (Don Padgett) through completion of the project, everyone at Padgett was professional. We were kept informed of everything by our project manager, Ben. We were informed when sub-contractors were coming and the time they would arrive. He checked on the progress almost everyday. Randy, the primary carpenter, was great. His work is excellent. The project was completed on time at the agreed upon price. We had very few issues, but the minor issues (finish work) we identified were taken care of almost immediately. I would not hesitate to hire Padgett for another project. I recommend Padgett Building to anyone with a home project.
