Wiegman Concrete replaced the driveway & sidewalks at my residence. The results are beautiful, the workmanship is top notch, and Peter & his crew were reliable and efficient. Peter often arrived early to inspect the prior day’s work and to assure everything was in place for each day’s tasks. He was always available to answer my questions and paid great attention to detail. Wnen the job was done all the construction debris was removed and the site was clean. Wes even wiped the concrete splatters off of the garage door. Many of my neighbors have stopped by to admire the project and comment on the great job Weigman Concrete did. Five stars all around.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job! I explained my concerns about leaks in the basement and he offered multiple solutions. If you have issues with a leaky basement, I highly suggest you give him a call! I choose the underground drainage system, window wells, and property grading so that water now runs away from the house instead of towards it. So happy with this! Additionally, I decided to put in a back patio and it’s beautiful! He and his team did a lot of extra work to ensure I was happy during the process to include transplanting the flowers that were around the house and upgrading outdoor water to accommodate the automatic sprinklers. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and I will definitely be calling again for future projects! Five stars is not nearly enough!

I could write a very long review of how beautiful the new driveway looks. Suffice it to say, Peter is the consummate professional! From the first contact to the last time his crew came to finish the project, we had complete peace of mind that our new driveway and walk up entrance was in good hands. The owner has a top notch work ethic for one thing! If you are looking at getting any kind of concrete work done, I would recommend this company! He is honest about the projects scope with the client. What this means in laymen terms, is that he will tell you if your idea of how you want to approach your project is reasonable and “feasible”. The, let you know the basics of how to do it where it serves your ideas and your pocketbook in the best way. If your plan is something that may need redirected, or redesigned, his skillset can accommodate a resolution. It is fairly difficult to find all of these qualities in a contractor these days. Wiegman Concrete was the only company that responded to my online request for concrete work. They were able to start the job earlier than promised and completed the project on time. Very happy with their work and will be using them again next Spring.

I am Peter Wiegman, owner of Wiegman Concrete and I see a need to respond to the (1)star rating that has been posted to our website. Well, the individual who posted it is, and was not even a customer…..of ours at least. I have never come into contact with this person, and that is seemingly the problem. My company was accused of taking 3 weeks to do a job, in which we are said to have not finished. My schedule shows that we started the project on Monday/3rd of April, and my billing shows that we billed on the 13th of April, (10) days. If anyone recalls this week in the early spring this year…..It rained strait this entire week. It took us twice as long to accomplish this project….which was to demolish, excavate, and replace the main storm septic and infiltration system designated to drain the entire back parking lot for the Heritage Village Complex. The original had failed, and was creating a lake for the tenants that lived there. It was especially intense due to the winter we experienced in 2016-2017. In the Construction World there is a rule of thumb that all good contractors follow……We don’t pour concrete in the rain…..especially a storm drain. It is very expensive to leave your equipment on a job twice as long as planned. It turns a profitable job into a non-profitable job, but that is what it takes to do the job right It was said that our machinery for the project was parked in the way at Heritage Village. There is a strip the whole length of the parking lot that is posted by the facility for “no tenant parking”. This strip is designed for contractors such as us to have somewhere to park when we are doing work on the premises. It has to be permitted by the H.O.A…(Home Owners Association) in which it was. If there was a problem with the way we were parking our vehicles, they would have contacted us, and the Property Management Company that they hire to hire us would have contacted us as well. We received no such notification. We have our name on the side of all our equipment in very large legible writing, and a direct phone number and website to contact us. Perhaps if there was a problem, a simple call, voicemail, or even a text would have sufficed. Even if, by legal standards we don’t have to do anything about the way we have parked our vehicles, those who are familiar with the way we do things, know that we will bend over backwards to accommodate even the smallest requests if done politely and cordially. We love working for the Heritage Village Complex. We have completed two more jobs there since this April project. We look forward to doing more for them as well. The H.O.A. Board has been very complimentary. Thank you for your business. I would ask that this individual simply change their rating of us, because we went above and beyond to ensure this project was carried out in a good, clean, and professional way, one in which those paying the bills (Heritage Village H.O.A. and 5 Star Property Management) were pleased enough to hire us to come back multiple times since.

Peter and the crew at Wiegman Concrete recently built a new concrete patio in my backyard and also repaired a ruined section of my chimney. They also removed my old deck and patio. The crew was all-around pleasant to be around and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. Peter was fantastic about communicating decisions and timelines of thee project. The work turned out great and I will be sure to contact them if I ever need another concrete project done at my home.
