Great folks and great service. I have 10 tons of mini splits and no one else in Perry could deal with it. Hoke’s took care of me.

This company sent out a rude and very unprofessional tech for my service call. He immediately told me I had a leak before he even got near my unit. Then he proceeded to throw out random guess after guess of what was wrong all the while telling me he has never worked on my brand of HVAC and had never even seen one. After a light bit of troubleshooting he told me I had a restriction because he could hear a rattling. Then told me I need a new unit. My unit is brand new and just installed in April 2023! He then continued to criticize the brand of my unit and the people who installed it. He advised he would have to research parts and get back to me. Less than 20 minutes after he left the company called to advise they won’t work on my unit. So I’m out time and money and had to deal with a rude person and still have a broken heater. Would not ever recommend this company unless you want to be told you need a new unit or you have the only brand unit they seem to want to work on.

We had a Havc unit installed about a year ago, had a small problem with our Havc unit and Chris did the service call. Very nice gentleman and professional.

Called them out for a spring cleaning/ service. The guy came out. Friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about what he had to do. He finished in about an hour or so. No complaints. Would call on them again.
