We finished out basement by Green Basements and Recomedling. It has been a great experience start to finish. In detail designing working with us and thru the project. Billy provided a great design to start with and Marcel as Project manager worked with us through out the construction process, sharing regular updates and progress. Marcel is a great PM to work with , very attentive and detail oriented. would definitely recommend Green basements and Marcel as PM.

This is the second time I’ve used GBR in my home. I love the design center and the organized process they have. Having a dedicated project manager like Michael gives you a customized and personal experience.

I would highly recommend Green Basements for any remodeling needs. The time line from start to finish was around 14-15 weeks, which was much quicker than anticipated. From the start, Talon and Megan were instrumental in creating the environment we wanted in our basement. The 3D renderings really helped with the design of the space. The project manager, Blake, was very attentive and would respond quickly to any questions we had. As with any project there were a few hiccups here and there. The one that stands out the most was a surprise cost with the flooring from the manufacturer, not green. It was handled very professionally and we ended up receiving a discount due to the inconvenience. There was also an issue with our counter not being the correct height. Blake and his team corrected the issue without hesitation and it turned out great. Although they are not the cheapest company out there, I believe the cost is well worth it. They provide quality work and a wealth of experience. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.

Tallon was the sales person who was so patient, detailed, responsive, and supportive. He was so wonderful, that notwithstanding that we ended up going with a different contractor due to other considerations (completely unrelated to GB&R), I feel 100% comfortable recommending Tallon. He came out multiple times to make sure our estimate would be accurate after we changed our renovation plans drastically. Even when I had to give him the bad news that we were going to go with a different GC, he was absolutely a professional. It’s rare in this day and age that you meet someone who you would recommend unequivocally, but I think Tallon is that rare gem.

We used greens basements to design our kid focused, kid entertainment friendly basement. We loved the estimating, designing (3d rendering, full service picking out materials), and project management phases. They were extremely accommodating and transparent on all phases. We ended up with a great basement and couldn’t recommend them more.

We had the best experience with Green Basements and Remodeling! Right from the start with Mark giving us an estimate, he made sure he stayed in our budget and didn’t try to over sell us on anything, while also staying in contact with us the whole way through our design and the start of the project. The design team was spectacular and helped to get our ideas on onto paper. Then Roy (our PM), his co-worker Matt, and Cynthia took over the creation of the basement. Roy told us how long it would take and stayed in touch with us the whole time. He made sure to send us updated every week with what was happening that week so we wouldn’t have to ask all the time. He was also always reachable via text/call when we had any questions or changes. My wife and I have zero complaints with Green. They did exactly what they said they would and delivered the results in the time they promised, all while staying in the budget we agreed to. Great work by everyone who made this basement design come true at Green! Highly recommend and make sure you ask for Mark, Roy, and Matt!

We had a complete kitchen remodel done in November & December of 2023. Roy Dancy and the team at Green Basement & Remodel were amazing! We LOVE our new kitchen and definitely would recommend them to anyone who asks! Thanks again Roy!
