I have personally worked work with Templar for years now. I say that to say, this review is long overdue! Time is the best teller of truth and Templar Contracting has always been good to me so the least I could do is leave a WELL DESERVED 5 star review! Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for new flooring and possible outdoor kitchen. Joey or Joe (he said he shared the same name as the owner) came out and measured, and said it would take about two weeks for a quote. After about four weeks w no communication, I called. They apologized and said they had a family emergency. But they promised to get me the quote a week later. It’s been about a month since the phone convo, and nothing. No email, no phone calls regarding a quote. Just wondering, why do you waste your time and potential customers time if you’re not planning on following through? Are you bored and just want to visit peoples homes for fun? What a joke.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My Husband and I bought a home 6 months ago. After many bad experiences with contractors that did not show up, did sub par work that left my home in complete chaos, I reached out to Templar. They were extremely responsive and professional. The quality of work is very distinguishing and we could not be happier! They have been absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and hire them. You will save yourself time, money and stress. There is definitely a difference between a Templar home and any other contractor.
