Subcontractors do not work for this builder since his dishonest and loves to take advantage of the people that work for him. I was helping complete a paint job that another painter that left him and did not finish, and from day one acted like the victim on how people took advantage of him when his the problem of things Mr. Zak isn’t respectful when people try to bill him for the money of a completed job that he walked and approved to be finished. He instead creates lies saying the work isn’t completed in order to not pay me. I have emails and pictures of finished job also his so called supervisors placing a completed work order to the job. So be careful with this company. Now I understand the other bad reviews on his page which he claims to be false.

We are on our third house with Entire in the last two years. As there are challenges on most all construction projects, they exist here too. Entire is working to get this most impressive house completed soon.

He sent us project for second time, wasted our time and said you cannot do my work, when the reality is, he don’t know anything about construction.. Please don’t waste your time and money on him… His name is Zak Adam

I was fortunate to have been given this company to contact for my home build. They are experienced and one thing I appreciated was the transparency of the project, start to finish. Zak Adams, the owner, provides a detailed estimate that I could not find from any other contractor. I love the app they use to manage the build called Buildertrend. It gives you a running total of expenditures, allows approval and payment, gives you a day by day schedule so you know what is being done and when, and allows messaging to the team. How nice to be able to track the progress on the build! My project manager, Brandon Travis, was professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused, patient and always responsive. The pandemic made the project more challenging but Brandon kept things moving and kept me informed. Everyone from the Entire team worked to make my dream home a reality and for that I am grateful. Having done home renovations throughout my life, the one thing I’d strongly recommend is knowing what you want and ensure the design phase has all your details and you verify the details in writing, before you start building. Don’t rush this step and take care to do septic designs and well designs with the initial plans, if required. It will save you lots in the end. My home, completed in August 2021. Overall my home was built with quality inside and out. So, I recommend Entire Construction Inc for your home building needs.

We selected Entire on a recommendation from our realtor after meeting several builders. It was the right decision for us as it was a complete package from design to permit to build to landscape. Zak did a great job on the design and Brandon did all the day to day management as well as giving us options on in progress changes. Very responsive and we were updated almost daily via their management website which posted daily status logs and photos. We are pleased with our choice and have a beautiful home, thanks guys. 15 6th St 32080

I did not use this contractor. The rating above reflects a conversation held with an apparent representative of Entire Inc. Conversation regarding inquiring about a quote for a remodel verbatim as follows: “Hello.” “Hello, is this Entire Inc.?” “Yes it is.” “I am looking for a quote for a remodel of a property in downtown.” “One million dollars!” “Excuse me, is this definitely Entire Inc.? Or do I have the wrong number?” “Yes, yes it is. We don’t quote projects that aren’t already underway.” “Okay then. Have a good day.” Very strange interaction. I for one am certainly in the habit of obtaining quotes for projects that I am going to undertake before starting them.
