I work for this company. The best people and company you could ever deal with. They will go above and beyond to make their employees and customers happy. Yes, we were asking for a $450 deposit for the roof estimates, but that was only for a very short period of time after hurricane Irma hit. Because we had a high volume of roof estimates request for which the majority of the people were just getting estimates from all the roofing companies they could find and just going with the cheapest, therefore wasting the time of all the other companies.

One star is a lot, I just called yesterday to request an estimate for a new roof and they informed me that the cost for the estimate was $450, this is abuse in capital letters. One star is too much, just I called yesterday to have an estimate for a new roof for my home and they told me that it will cost $450, this is rude.
