If you are in need of a GC who is honest, fair and professional then I have the one you need. Jordan is the best at what he does. He is caring, considerate and professional. He has always been fair and honest, and kind. He laid flooring throughout my modest cottage home and just recently redid my bathroom giving me the soaking tub I desire with new vanity and mirror. Jordan and his team did an amazing job for us to remodel kitchen and bathroom while we are out of state the whole time. He is very experienced in his job and very thorough to make sure our job is done right. the price is cheaper than most contractors he even did some other electrical work for us for free I highly recommended

My wife and I hired Petra Kitchen and Bath to remodel our master bathroom. The job was completed in February of 2024 so at this writing we’ve had about two months to use the finished bathroom. The owner of the business goes by “Jordan” and he is assisted by Zach. We are very happy with the final result. Positives: · The finished bathroom looks beautiful and functions very well. Jordan came up with a design that made good use of the available space and the pre-existing ceiling light placement. · Jordan gave us a fair price for the work completed. We got three estimates and his price was the best. The contract was not as detailed as I would expect, and it’s important to make sure you are clear on what is, and what is not included in the scope of work, as well as what items you are responsible for buying. · Jordan had a can-do attitude and seemed eager to begin the work. He subcontracted the tile work, and the tiling was expertly done. · On the major components of the reno, Jordan and his assistant Zach have appropriate knowledge and can execute things well. Negatives: · The first big negative was how long the job took to complete. It was a good three months. Some of the delays were totally avoidable. · Although the major components were done well, the detail work was not always of good quality. I redid some of the caulking and painting after the job was finished. · Communication was challenging at times and Jordan’s behavior was hard to predict.
