You certainly shouldn’t let these guys on your roof for one thing they don’t follow safety guidelines by OSHA they don’t pay their employees. A bunch of crooks the vice president is a used car salesman! Anna bookie that needs to report $500,000 he’s taken in to the IRS. they brag and do high fives on breaking insurance companies I literally have that on video. The absolutely do not want to do warranty work. I believe the ones they have working for them do more damage to your roof or cause it so they can get over on your insurance company

We give the work provided by ABC a 5 stars. Nick Whitten led us thru the process in replacing the roof after the hurricane IAN. We had started the process with another roofer. What difference……. Nick was always receptive to our questions and remarks, and when needed intervened fast and things got corrected immediateley. The crew who did the tear off did a remarkable job, the surroundings of the house were cleaned to look like no work had been performed. We were also very pleased with the crew who laid the tiles, again after a two days hard work the driveway and the lawn were cleaned. We ran into some problems with their subcontracted gutter company, but Nick intervened immediateley and two days later the problems were taken care of and solved. My father was very happy that all the work was finished to his satisfaction before he had to leave for Europe. Altogether a very good experience. Thank you Nick.

We felt compelled to write a review after our experience with ABC went from excellent to bad. The process including communications, timeliness and insurance payments went well until the work began. The work is actually done by “Sub-contracted” roofers and not ABC employees. When our roof tiles were delivered and distributed to the roof, the crane crushed our driveway causing heaving, sinking and crushing to the point of it being completely ruined. We acknowledged a crack and not being level but we could have lived with that for many years. We just hoped to come to a compromise with the replacement. Instead the sales rep Kirk told us they were not liable since we signed a waver but it only stated they weren’t liable for cracks – even though the site supervisor who saw it happen said they would take care of it. The owner offered a tiny fraction of the replacement cost as a good will gesture and said if he would offer $1,000 more if we would refer them to another home for a new roof which we felt was irrelevant to their responsibility for the driveway. They also failed to pick up the final materials for 2-3 weeks which blocked our garage. When we moved it to the sidewalk for pickup, it got hit by a vehicle and sent black mortar stain all over the road and sidewalk which we were unable to clean up on our own. They committed to sending someone to clean it but no timeframe or communication about when until they actually showed up unannounced. We also did not appreciate the sale rep showing up at our door unannounced numerous times before the work was done asking for additional payments. We prefer to pay off invoices not verbal requests.

We hired ABC to replace our metal roof on Pine Island and then after an excellent job on that one we hired ABC again for our home in Cape Coral. Both metal roofs of excellent quality and attention to detail. Thank you Nick.

Kirk House and the rest of the team did an outstanding job handling our reroofing project. Kirk went above and beyond keeping up with all of the parties involved. If I could give him a rating of 100 I would as a 5 star isn’t good enough. Professional, knowledgeable, great communication and a wonderful person.

We acknowledge supply chain issues and the volume of work post-Ian had an impact on the timeliness and quality of our roof replacement. That aside, our review is a tale of two companies. ABC did a fantastic job submitting all the paperwork to our insurance company, and being there for us during two roofing engineer surveys. All of the ladies in customer service were professional, and worked so hard to get answers for us. They deserve 6 stars. Once our job turned over to scheduling and production, ABC was a different company. Communication from schedulers was sporadic, and at times unprofessional. We discussed those issues directly with senior management. The roofing subcontractor “team” that we had left tar all over the driveway during dry-in, in addition to two shirts and a beer bottle in the yard! This team was also very busy according to ABC. So busy, that we waited close to 6 weeks with tile on our roof while waiting for them to return to finish the job. It was frustrating seeing other ABC roofing teams on our street finishing roofs that were started long after ours. We had numerous problems after the roof was installed. ABC Superintendent Gabriel was extremely patient with us, and worked diligently to fix the problems left by the roofing team. Senior ABC management facilitated the repair of our driveway that was damaged by a subcontractor while loading tile on the roof. Four months after dry-in, a pressure washing crew got most of the tar off our driveway. Based on our experience, it is difficult for us to recommend ABC.

It was a pleasure to work with ABC and Nick Whitten was fantastic. Very easy to deal with. Fantastic work. I’d highly recommend to anybody!
