I had a terrible experience during my remodel, They start the work without HOA approval after get my deposit about 6k with including take the correct permits, The permits are not corrected soo they had to stop the work with took 4 months with a mess at my house! After 4 months Joe chirino come back with the correct permits and want charge me extra 3,5k for it. Out from no where, with any work done. When I denied he offer me to a closet( with I not ask) He send me pictures of project and bring a cheap closet from Home Depot that I denied to install it at my place. I lost all my money, he never finish anything, the permits won’t never handle to me. I don’t know who did this Rewiews, but this people are extremely unprofessional, and hope no one go through I went with a older person at my house and a kid!

The job was good but Eli charged me for a window that he stated was “ hurricane impact windows “ on the list of items that he fixed. I proceeded to ask him to give me the receipt for the “ hurricane impact windows “ and he failed to show me anything of a receipt showing that he paid 250-330$ for the windows. I told myself the job is done and I’m just going to over pay for these windows that are worth maybe 80 dollars and are definitely not hurricane impact windows. The windows that he put in were light and flimsy. The man is short sighted/ liar and rather gain on a deal then gain more on future relationships and multiple deals. I’ve hired other contractors and done 5 other projects that I could of hired him for if it wasn’t due to his short sightedness.

The Ediss Construction crew was very punctual and clean and the work was done with the greatest care to meet our needs. We redid our entrance palier from A to Z and the project came out just the way we wanted it. It was a pleasure to work with Ediss.

Outstanding Professionals…the entire team! My condo in Sunny Isles Beach required various home improvements including painting, drywall repair, kitchen and bathroom cabinets replacement and bath tub refinishing. The project was completed on-time, without any complications!
