AC stopped blowing cold air. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Received a call back from office the morning I was scheduled for service. Advised that they were running behind schedule but assured I was going to still be serviced that day. Then at end of business hours I get another call back telling me they were not coming and it would be the next day! I had let them know from the very beginning that I have a special needs child that is unable to regulate his body temperature and will have seizures if he gets to hot, as well as my father in law that has heart issues. . If I had known they weren’t coming in the morning, I could have found someone else! This was unprofessional and not acceptable! We had to rent hotel rooms due to their lack of service as scheduled. . I was not compensated in anyway for their absence of service as scheduled. So very disappointed and will not use them again

Neil the company owner came by promptly after a quote request, listened carefully and quoted an HVAC system that is perfect for my house, the best brand in the market and within my budget. Office manager Brandy responded to my questions promptly, accurately and with a great attitude. Technician TJ and his assistant Jaimie came early and worked at a good pace with a professional and cheerful attitude. The installation was completed satisfactorily. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Decently priced and pretty good work, however the workers take up more time having breaks than actually working causing the project to be longer than it has to be.

We have been doing business with McKenzie’s General Repair for over 9 years for a variety of installs and repairs. Their service and professionalism are first-rate. Their pricing is always fair and competitive. They can do just about any repair or project you have in mind. Their most recent project was a complete A/C system replacement. We highly recommend McKenzie’s General Repair.

Very good communication. Excellent work. Very nice. I would highly recommend them. Their services were excellent with excellent pricing compared to 5 other estimates. Only complaint is one of the employees in the house refused to wear a mask, which should never have happened. But I would highly recommend this company over many in town.Thank you for such a great experience.
