We had Paramount Remodeling completely redo two of our bathrooms. This was a relatively large bathroom project in which we tore out 1 and 1/2 bathrooms along with a separate adjacent hallway closet and reconfigured it into two full bathrooms with the lost closet space conveniently relocated elsewhere. We worked with Ryan Ongley and he was great to work with. Extremely responsive and accommodating at every turn. He worked around our schedules and prioritized completing this project quickly to get us back to normal in our home. We were very satisfied with the quality and pace of the work. The project was completed in roughly 10 weeks from demo to final. There were a handful of lingering tasks that Ryan helped get resolved quickly and efficiently as they arose. The few cost uppers encountered from the original estimate were kept to a minimum and were primarily a result of upgrades that we selected. Ryan did a great job on inspecting the site prior to quoting and identifying complications that would arise during construction. This was key to getting an accurate quote and not getting hit with unexpected and uncontrollable cost uppers or schedule impacts once we were underway. Should we have a need for any future projects, we will absolutely reach out to Ryan and Paramount Remodeling again. Professional, thorough, easy to work with and the end result is high quality beautiful new spaces that we are very happy with. Highly recommended.

Initially, I hesitated to provide a review for Paramount, as my father’s wisdom echoed in my mind: “If you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all.” However, I feel compelled to share our experience for the sake of potential clients. Our recent lower level and basement remodel with Paramount was nothing short of disastrous. The lack of oversight and quality control was evident throughout the process, leading to a slew of issues. Here are a few of the issues we dealt with: 1) Glue spills on new hardwood floors, that were installed by Paramount, were left unaddressed, and are impossible to remove without harming the wood finish (photo) 2) Cabinets in the laundry room were installed with visible screw and staple holes, left unpainted and unfinished (see photo). 3) Cabinets in the bar area had glaring defects, necessitating some replacement. 4) A water pipe, installed by Paramount, left uncapped in the wall, concealed under layers of drywall, texture and paint, led to a damaging flood. 5) Flooring installed in basement that was leveled with pieces of cereal boxes (cardboard) and an important drain was covered over (see photo) 6) Paint, texture and glue splatters marred our new washer and dryer irreparably. 7) Workers arrived late in the evening, evidently intoxicated, compromising the quality of their work. Despite raising these concerns with Paramount, their attempts at rectification often exacerbated the issues. Consequently, we had to enlist another construction company to salvage the botched work. I cannot in good conscience recommend Paramount for any project and would caution against entrusting them with even the simplest tasks.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work our contractor Matt did on our kitchen remodel! His attention to detail was impeccable, and willingness to offer creative solutions and suggestions truly impressed me. Even when unexpected delays occurred, he kept the project moving forward without compromising on quality. The result is a kitchen that has completely exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with their services, and highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling experience!

Matt and Paramount took our outdated and crowded kitchen and created a bright, useful, modern space where the whole family wants to gather! It feels we have so much more space and everything is so much more organized and intuitive! The team was so helpful and responsive. Matt had great ideas when we had questions, and literally took our vision and made it happen! He always communicated to us the timeline and updated us on progress. Such a great team to work with!

Paramount Remodeling and Matt Kamtz did a great job on finishing the interior of a new garage for us including a bathroom, dog wash room and work room. When unforeseen circumstances occurred, they were responsive and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend for any remodeling or finishing work.

Ryan and the rest of his contractors were simply exceptional. They went over and above my asks to deliver a fully finished basement that’s of very high standards within budget and stipulated completion timeframe. As such, I highly recommend Paramount Remodeling for all construction works.

Working with Paramount Remodeling was a Great choice. Levi and his team, and related sub contractors worked efficiently and professionally throughout the entire process. As with any Re-model there can be hidden unforeseen issues that arise during the demo part of the renovation that conflict with the architects designs and we did run into a few along the way. Levi notified us immediately and brought us into the decision making process. We resolved issues timely and professionally in fairness to all parties and the in process the changes that were made on our home design made the finished product even better than we could have hoped. I will highly recommend Paramount Remodeling to all ! He is and will be your friend in your remodel process ! They care about you and your home.
