We had our basement finished over the summer and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. They were on time, very high quality work, went out of the way to be as unobtrusive as possible, great folks to work with, no delays that mattered, and no cost overruns. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. Highly recommend for any “major” projects you are considering. They go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Our basement, including a new walkout, looks fantastic.

A superb job and experience finishing our basement. We previously had Harry and team do a structural remodel in our livingroom and had no question of who to use for the basement. Even during the post Covid time when it is hard to find contractors willing to work and materials can be hard to find we only had a couple of days delay in an otherwise swift job. Options and changes were laid out in full, some made during the finish process. We always knew what stage we were at and what was coming up next.

Harry, Sean and the Team were amazing to work with! We can’t say enough on what an excellent experience this remodel was! They were quick, efficient, easy to work with, hit our budget and timeline, and gave us a the beautiful space we had been hoping for!!! We will definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them to all our friends and family!

Have used Basements 4 You two times on different homes. Quotes are a bit higher than other builders, but the finished product is outstanding. Harry and associates are easy to work with. Starting a new project now.

I was very happy with the basement remodel Harry and his company completed for me. The experience was pleasant from the first meeting here at my home. The work performed was excellent, and the budget and deadlines were met exactly. Harry and his workers took special care to make sure my home and routine were not unduly affected. From entering through the basement window, to enclosing the work area in plastic, the workers made everything as easy and efficient as possible. My questions were always answered right away by Shawn or Harry, and I especially appreciated their professional advice when asked. My new basement is beautiful, warm and inviting, and I highly recommend Basements 4 You if you’re looking for a professional, quality contractor!

I had drawn plans my self on finishing our basement and called Basements 4 you to get an estimate. And so the process began. Harry and Josh brought our ideas to life with there helpful ideas and insight. I had my own telephone business for thirty years and have been around a lot of construction. I was impressed and couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of everything from framing to finishing. The framing is the foundation for a quality project, you can’t see it, but if not done correctly it can cause troubles for ever. After seeing the framing I was rest assured and glad We hadn’t done with someone else and try to safe a few bucks. Shaun the construction supervisor was there for every step and making sure everything was done top notch. The whole team made every effort to keep the project moving forward on schedule and keeping us informed. Thanks again Harry and team, and Special thanks to Josh for your help. Well done, and almost a week ahead of schedule.

Harry and his fabulous team just finished our basement project and it is beautiful! What we love most is that the space flows seamlessly from the rest of our home and does not have that “basement” feel. His design makes the most of our square footage and feels elegant and roomy. The mini kitchen is perfect;,bathroom is bright and beautiful and all the details unify the project. His team is professional, considerate and got the job done on time and in budget. Thank you, Harry and Shawn!
