Brian and Sophie did a large home remodel for us and had really good ideas, which they implemented. The house looks great and we are very happy with their work! Definately recomment JLM!

Brian and Sophie were great to work with and did a wonderful job. The job was planned months in advance and it started on time without a hitch. Quality of work was excellent. They installed kitchen cabinets and flooring throughout the home. Also hauled away a ton of demo and trash. Great to communicate with and very fair pricing. Would definitely use them again.

I used JLM Construction and Remodeling as the General Contractor for my new patio and pergola. Brian and Sophie were great to work with. They are very professional and communicated with me every step of the project. They arranged for my concrete contractor and were there to make sure that the patio was poured correctly and in the proper dimensions. They also built a beautiful pergola for us that we are really enjoying. Everything turned out exactly as we envisioned, on time and within our budget. We will be contracting with them in the spring to build our outdoor kitchen. They were not the least expensive bid we had and we used them because they were the most competent, have a great reputation and did a wonderful job on our project. JLM construction and remodeling just completely updated three bathrooms in my outdated 1974 house. I was VERY happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism they provided. My home was cleaned up at the end of each working day. That was such a nice surprise compared to other contractors I have used. They will provide beautiful work and I will be using them going forward for any of my remodeling needs!
